Seeking Pokémon Rp (casual thing....I can't be on all the time)

I'm currently going through a pokemon phase....and I have character ideas and what not. So I just want to rolplay with someone. It needs to be like super casual though because I really can't be on all the time. Next week I go off on vacation with no electronics. It is summer though so it's not like I won't reply for days or anything.

Guardian Angel With Paper Wings

So I had this idea... What if there is this sort of guardian angel. And the way they watch over people is somehow they get these letters that report on how these people are doing. So one day they're sitting at this wooden desk opening the letters and suddenly the notice one of them says that the person is "okay". They keep an eye on this person. Sadly no matter how hard the guardian angel tries to send ways to cheer that person up it fails and the letter begin to say that they're "empty, sad, lonely, etc." And then rain clouds start coming out of the envelopes that the letters are in. This is especially bad because the guardian angel's wings are made out of the letters they get from the people they watch over. So positive letters build their wings up to be stronger while negative letters cause the wings to be fragile, flimsy, and fall apart. The rain clouds make their wings wet so it destroys them. The sad part is that the guardian angel is doing everything they can to cheer the person up but the person refuses to notice the notice or accept the positive things in their life.

Anyone ever have that problem where you have so many ideas for writing something. Like you have a couple of characters with great back stories and you know the basic direction you want to head and several possible endings, but then you fail to have names of people and places and all the middle and filler for the story. How do you make the middle section? The only way I can think of is getting a co-writer but like I want to be able to sit down and talk to them in person and right now it's summer and I don't know anyone who isn't busy who would be interested. I would love to someday make a story that is a collaborative thing because that's probably the only way I could manage to actually write a full book and be an author.
