Yay ! All is installed it had a bit hiccups in the start but now it seems to be stable

i also downloaded cc of course and so on, need to install that and see how to get gshade to sims or something, lighting mods and so on...I am exited !

Dan: What’d you think of the first one?

Frances: It made the black mold in my shower look more appealing.

Dan: You right. The third one… The people in the office were kind of rude.

Frances: Maybe they had a bad day?

Dan: Maybe but damn dude, it’s not that serious. I hope we’re able to find something soon. I’m so over hearing headboards creek.

Frances: Honestly, yeah, like bro have a conversation, watch a movie, chill.

Dan: Maybe it’s to remind us how painfully single we are.

Frances: Who needs a partner when I have the power of stringed instruments and a sick glitter pen collection?

Dan: Don’t go saying that to strangers.

?: We have this unit available starting the first. It’s a two bedroom, one bath. The kitchen is a bit on the smaller side but there’s plenty of cabinet space. The living room  is spacious and you have a deck. 

Dan: And there’s a pier nearby, hell yeah. It’s perfect.

Frances: You don’t think San Sequoia is too far from Oasis Springs?

Dan: It’s a bit of a drive, besides if you land that internship, you won’t need that job anymore.

Frances: Oh, I was planning on staying there.

Dan: Wait really?

?: I’ll give you two some room to discuss.

Frances: I like it there. [ softly ] Quite a bit.

Dan: Yeah but you should have a life outside of work. Speaking of which, where were you yesterday after the audition? You came home late.

Frances: I was… With Icarus.

Dan: You mean your boss?

Frances: Dan…

Dan: Am I the only one that sees something wrong with this? 

Frances: It isn’t what you think-

Dan: I don’t know man, I have such a bad feeling especially with power dynamics-

Frances: [ exclaims ] Dan it’s fine!

Dan: Frances… What happened?

Frances: I don’t want to talk about it.

Dan: Did he touch you? I swear to god, I’ll hurt him-

Frances: [ groans ] NO! No. I think I ruined things.

Dan: How so?

Frances: I… Can we not?

Dan: Well now I’m worried.

Frances: I promise, I’ll tell you when I’m ready.

Dan: Alriiiight. 

Frances: Thanks. [ sniffles ] We can sign the lease on this apartment.

Dan: But that wouldn’t be fair to you.

Frances: Like I said, I might’ve ruined things at work so I guess I should focus on the future.

Dan: We can sleep on it if you’d like.

Frances: No. Miss, we’ll take it!

Dan: Frances-

Frances: It’s fine.

The next morning, Hex wakes up bright and early. She has a spring in her step, ready to cause chaos. Her personality is totally driven by her evil trait nowadays. With no one to keep her grounded, she delights in pranking other sims. She loves stealing things. She loves hacking simoleons from overinflated bank accounts. Her inner criminal yearns to encourage more havoc.

Hex walks a short distance away from her house so no one sees where she lives. She pulls out her phone, using an app to disguise her voice as she calls Lou Howell. She dangles a little hint about a conversation she’s overheard and he needs to meet her in Evergreen Harbour before his concerns get shared with his loved ones!

Within minutes, Lou Howell strides towards Hex in his werewolf form. He must want to look intimidating, but he doesn’t know who he’s coming up against. Hex is half alien, half werewolf. Her werewolf side always lays dormant, but when she feels another werewolf nearby, her natural urges kick in. She bares her teeth, forming an angry grin on her face.

Lou: “Think you can blackmail me? I love my daughter’s cooking! You have no -“

Hex cuts off Lou by tapping a button on her phone, playing an audio recording of the bugged conversation. The faint red glow of anger around him slowly fades into tense orange. He’s only seen Hex in her alien form, so he doesn’t recognise her as a human.

Hex: “The Wildfangs don’t respect authority, and they don’t respect each other. Lovella is your beta. She loves to provide for your pack!”

Lou: “What do you want? Lovella can’t find out. My son-in-law won’t say anything but…”

Hex hovers her thumb over the delete button on her recording whilst holding her other hand out for payment. Lou forks out a few hundred simoleons, then stays to make sure Hex erases the bugged conversation.

Feeling empowered, Hex leaves Evergreen Harbour to find her next target!
