Kaiba quickly picked up the phone in case it was important, what he didn't know was who was calling him. "Hello? Kaiba speaking.." A tone ready to greet anyone stranger or not. He waited for what felt like hours but really it was seconds. Another boring day it seemed whoever called must need his help right?

There were many things of which Yami was certain. The sky is blue, the Earth is round, Seto Kaiba will demand a duel as soon as he knows he's returned. The latter of which he'd feel genuine surprise from if the CEO didn't immediately demand of him. That was why he hesitated a moment longer before dialing the number and putting the phone to his ear.

He had called the number that would patch him through directly to Kaiba's office. A number that he'd become familiar with after their group had to call on assistance from him a time or two. He never knew the brunette to not be working aside from tournaments which one could argue was another bit of work.

Yami didn't know how he managed to have coins in his pocket. But he was glad for them being there all the same as it had helped to use them to also use a payphone if he needed to. It had been years since he'd been back to Domino, but still, the first place he had gone was back to the Game Shop, only to find it closed. The sign on the door indicated that Solomon had gone out of town and the date showing his return was still another few days.

With his options limited, Yami looked around the surrounding area and upon spotting a payphone, quickly ran over to it. Thankfully they weren't yet thought obsolete enough to remove all of them. His first thought was to call the Game Shop. But then he recalled the very reason that he wasn't just walking into the shop and released a heavy sigh mixed with a growl as that left only one other way he could think to get in contact with anyone.

Seto wasn't busy today at all, he'd finished any work eariler so right now he was enjoying the peace, Mokuba wasn't around yet so that meant the older Kaiba could sink into his thoughts. About a certain rival he's long lost. How crazy and annoying to finally believe Yugi no Yami was a spirit that has now moved on. A heavy sigh as well from the CEO dueling wasn't the same he needed a challange, and Yami was that someone he aimed to beat even at the very end he considered him a possible friend..

Eyes flickered to the Phone on the table then to the door. Like he had been waiting for any sign from anyone news that idiot came back some how that it was a big joke!
