SUPER IMPORTANT POST

Hello SuperValentine's operatives! After sweet Layla and I had a discussion, we've decided a cutoff date FINALLY! Tuesday around 3:30pm after class I'll make my way to the post to ship off the big package! There have been a few people asking if they can still send. Here's the deal: If you can get them to me by Tuesday at noon, and you're 100% sure they'll get here (either by overnighting it or paying a little extra) go for it! Please just let me know in this askbox. It's been a joy for both Layla and I and guess what: we're already ready for next year! If your heart so desires, you can even start sending your cards for next year now (or anytime). We'll keep you updated, but next year we'll definitely start around New Years and this way it'll get to them on time! Also, I may be the one handling the cards, but Layla is the whole reason this project came to be. Your grace and kindness and words are always welcome, but be sure to thank Layla above anyone else! Me, too! I'm still waiting on a good amount of them. If all goes as planned, the beginning of next week. I know it's really late, and I've apologized numerous times for that, but they'll love it just as much! AND, if Layla wants to again, next year we'll definitely start sending them to me a MONTH in advance!

It doesn't matter where you put it! A lot of people have printed them out and put them on each card somewhere small or even just on the back. Some people have signed their names then said operation: SuperValentine's after it, so it honestly doesn't matter!

There has been a variety of things people have been writing, but it's mostly been them showing their appreciation and giving lots of encouragement! They have all been fantastic!

And no, it's not! We're waiting on some Aussie's to send in. They'll be getting them late, but it will be more of a surprise that way!

So remember how I said in the original post that I was going to include a cover letter with the SuperValentine's package, that explained what the operation was and all that good stuff?

Well I thought you guys might like to see how it turned out. So here ya go:

To the Supernatural Cast and Crew,

Happy SuperValentine’s Day!

So this Valentine’s day, your ever-adoring fangirls on Tumblr decided that this would be an perfect opportunity to tell you how much we love our Supernatural, and how much we appreciate everything you do to bring it into our lives (almost) every Friday.

Really, we are the luckiest fans in the world.

With every single episode, without fail, you give us everything we adore and flail and gush about, and more.

Every smirk and smartass comment that Dean throws at Sam.

Every bitchface sulk that Sam throws right back at him.

Every squeak of the Impala’s door and that sexy roar as we watch her ass speed away.

Every single ornery inch of Bobby.

Every adorable tilt of Cas’s head.

Every crazy twist and turn, and yes, even those moments that makes us crazy with all the heartache and pain that’s inflicted on those poor Winchesters.

Every single bit of it fills our lives with so much awesome. 

We figured the least we could do was take one day to tell you just how much we love you all.

And thus was born our new national holiday, SuperValentine’s. 

Oh and by the way, let me just say right here that you have the most amazing fandom.

As soon as the idea for this operation was thrown out there— and all the tactical details ironed out, of course— everyone pounced on it, with glee the likes of which I have never ever witnessed before.

I mean, it was a legitimate frenzy.

It was, quite possibly, the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen.

But in all seriousness, it’s been such an amazing experience to put this together and to see just how much everyone was craving the opportunity to let you know how loved and appreciated all of you are.

my work station; day 1

So, I got all but 2 of these today. Keep in mind that I have them sorted by each individual person's and then that random big pile on the right side by my chair is for the cast/crew. People have gone OUT OF THEIR way to make every single person a Valentine. I feel certain that almost every individual involved is getting a Valentine, even if it's just one! There have even been 2 for the Impala!

It's the one's like these that catch me completely off guard and warm my heart. I can't wait for the boys to get these kinds of Valentine's as well.

SIDENOTE: I'm scanning through each card to ensure that there is nothing but appreciative love for our crew, and man. I've been actually getting emotional and caught up in most of them. I will never be able to wrap my mind around how absolutely fantastic this fandom is and this project will undoubtedly impress the boys. I mean guys. Really. You have all outdone yourselves! AND THIS IS ONLY THE FIRST ROUND OF THEM. I AM DYING WITH HAPPINESS.

Please don't think I'm snooping! That's not my intention at all! I'm about to update the completed mission list NOW!

Also, if you live in the states and haven't sent yours yet, would anyone be willing to make some for Genevieve, Danneel, Sera, etc.? There are people who have found some sort of list of the entire crew and made some for everyone, if you're feeling some extra energy, I'm sure it would be much appreciated! You don't have to, just a thought!

Because I have an assignment due in two hours that I haven't finished, and it's Valentine's Day so I decided to put it off for an extra ten minutes or so and make a liddle picture and poem for le SuperValentine participators.
