This morning at 6:00am multiple wormholes suddenly opened up in Constellia, releasing ultra beasts into the region.

This is an alert warning you to stay safe, and to not engage with these pokemon. Stay calm, and let the officials handle this.

If you are challenged by an ultra beast, run. Do not fight back, they are not to be challenged. Take shelter in the nearest building or any space with a roof.

Since it’s the time of the year again, we discourage people from catching ghost types and releasing them in November. If you are going to catch a new ghost type, please do proper research first.

If you are visiting Constellia or any other region, please do not release ghost types into random places since it will disrupt the natural cycle of the environment. If you do need to release a Pokémon, please ask local rangers for help.

Actually if Siren’s still busy with the festival, mind passing a message to her? Eden might have found something that could help with her research.

Have you heard of Booster energy? Eden was looking into some items that could be a good base for the portable Star energy when she came across a description of the booster energy on some website. Apparently it contains energy that helps power up paradox pokemon, and if we could get our hands on it, we could see how it works and use that to our advantage.

One might be down in Area Zero, if this is about paradox pokemon.

Ooc: Finally a villainous force to fight against

Introducing… Team Reign! A villainous team situated in multiple regions that aims to control powerful Pokémon, but not for themselves. They capture Pokémon and put them in a controllable state for other villainous teams to use.

Team Reign doesn’t stop at mind controlled pokemon, they also create illegal fusions, modified pokemon, and deliver them to clients.

They believe Pokémon can become more perfect through the use of technology, and by controlling and modifying them, bring out their true strength that would never be shown if left in the wild.

Regina Twist (AKA Hivemind):

Regina Twist is the leader of Team Reign. To keep her identity a secret, they go by Hivemind in public.

She was a researcher in Constellia meaning she is aware of Star Energy and its existence. She was interested in artificially modifying Pokémon to bring out their true strength, but her research was rejected by the Constellian Government. The region was very serious about leaving nature and pokemon the way it is, and artificially modifying nature was considered illegal and rude.

Regina’s life after moving away from Constellia is unknown, and many thought she died, but as Team Reign start causing trouble those who knew her suspect that Regina created Team Reign to take revenge on those who rejected her research, and to offer help to other villainous teams.

Catalyst:

Catalyst is Regina’s partner, and only known Pokémon. It’s believed that Catalyst is an illegal three way fusion between Serviper, Malamar, and Garchomp.

Regina specifically created Catalyst so she could harvest his venom. She uses the venom to put Pokémon in a state where they’re more willing to follow orders, essentially “mind controlling” them.

Glad you think what we do is cool

I wonder if we can get funding and support from not just the Superstar pokemon laboratory, but also the Constellian Rangers. Maybe borrow a few transport Pokémon? I heard from Siren that Koraidon (and potentially Miraidon) does well for traveling across different terrain, and I know the lab has two Solgaleos, one basic and one double Star energy, that we could equip with a modified version of Mahina’s saddle for faster region travel.

How about starting something like the Area Zero Corps but for protecting Legendaries and Mythicals? And not just in Constellia, but the whole Pokémon world.

I was thinking of our goal being to keep Legendary Pokémon free and wild, like they should be, and only letting responsible trainers who have been deemed worthy by the legendaries themselves keep them. It sounds like a great cause that people will want to support.

I haven’t been keeping up with the latest news, but I also heard from Eden about Team Calm, they sound terrible trying to force pokemon to be calm and not leaving them as they are. I think that’s the beauty of Pokémon, each one, no matter how scary or ugly, is unique.

When you’re free and back in Constellia mind meeting up at Cassiopeia Cafe to discuss it a bit more?
