IPv4 Vs IPv6 (Advantages and Disadvantages)
New Post has been published on http://mobiletec.tk/2017/06/19/ipv4-vs-ipv6-advantages-and-disadvantages/
IPv4 Vs IPv6 (Advantages and Disadvantages)
We can see the rapid growth of internet users in last few years and this increase also create challenges for internet management groups, stake holders and service providers. Day by day infrastructure of internet is expanding and we can even enjoy the service of internet in villages and remote areas. Increased of usage also increase online devices. In start internet protocol addressing (a specific IP addressing for each online entity) was designed on 32 bit and this scheme IP version called IPv4.IPv4 addressing is like 203.128.076.001. decimal is used to make the IPv4 addresses more palatable for humans and a 32-bit address becomes 4 decimal numbers separated by the period (.) character. If we calculate these decimal values and we can get the total number of devices can be participate on this protocol (256x256x256x256) = allows for 4,294,967,296 addresses. It is about 4 billion of addresses and in early days of internet no one can think, 4 billion slot will be full. here we shall discus some disadvantages of IPv4 as we have seen addressing capability problem and after that we shall go through the solution which will replace IPv4 and addressing structure of the new addressing scheme. we shall go through some disadvantages of IPv4 and new features of IPv6.
Rapid Growth of the Internet and the Exhaustion of the IPv4 Addressing
IPv4 allows for 4,294,967,296 addresses which is about 4 billion and IP allocation limits the public IP addresses to a few hundred million. Cause of this limitation companies using NAT (Network Address Translator) to map single public IP to multiple private IP addresses.
IPv4 Security at IP Level
When we communicate at public medium we need to encrypt data to maintain security and privacy. After a passage of time we have now security for IPv4 packets. This security knows as internet protocol security or IPSec but this is an optional for IPv4.
Internet Backbone Maintaining Large Routing Tables
In IPv4 network IDs allocation is very critical and currently more than 87000 routes in the routing tables of internet backbone routers today. The routing infrastructure is based on flat and hierarchical routing.
Quality of Service Concern in IPv4
Now a days internet users are not only limited with browsing and searching data. Current users are well aware of text and voice and video chat and video conferences and online video libraries. This kind of communication need real time data transfer for quality of service. Normally for these kind of services we use UDP (User Data-gram Protocol) or TCP (Transmission Control Protocol).IPv4 TOS field has limited functionality and, over time, has been redefined and locally interpreted. Additionally, payload identification that uses a TCP or UDP port is not possible when the IPv4 packet payload is encrypted.
IPv6
As we can see we have some basic problems in practice of IPv4 now we will check some new features of IPv6. here I like to describe the some of basic features of IPv6. Deployment of IPv6 is a big challenge for internet management groups, stake holders and service providers. It is difficult but not impossible. We can see benefits of IPv6 here. Biggest upgrade jump from IPv4 32 bit to IPv6 128 bit.
IPv6 Header Format
New header is designed to minimize header overhead. by moving both nonessential and optional fields to extension headers that are placed after the IPv6 header. IPv6 header is more efficiently processed at intermediate routers and that generates efficiency. IPv6 is 4 time larger than IPv4 and its header size is twice than older version.
IPv6 Large Addressing Space
In IPv6 source and destination addresses is based on 128 bit. 128 bit addressing can produce over 3.4 x 1038 possible combinations. Currently we can say this is enough but who know about future may be it also face same problem like IPv4 after some decades. 128 bit addressing allow us multiple levels of sub-netting and address allocation. So we can say that we have plenty of address for use in future.
Addressing and Routing Infrastructure Efficiency in IPv6
IPv6 designed to create an efficient, hierarchical, and summarize able routing infrastructure that is based on the common occurrence of multiple levels of Internet Service Providers. It reduce the size of routing table of backbone routers. Which is can cause of efficient internet experience.
Security features is now built-in
IPv6 has been design to support IPsec (AH and ESP header support required) also support mobility version Mobile IPv6. IPSec based on two types of extension headers and a protocol to negotiate security settings. The Authentication header (AH) provides data integrity, data authentication, and replay protection for the entire IPv6 packet. It is better form developers who built-in security features in development of IPv6 rather we bolt on later.
Quality of Service (QoS) of IPv6
As we have already seen about the UDP and TCP protocols for streaming and other multimedia services on internet. Cause the usage of these services are increasing day by day IPv6 have a flow level field in its header which make better and special handling for packets from source to destination. Data traffic is identified in the IPv6 header, support for QoS can be achieved even when the packet payload is encrypted with IPSec and ESP.

The 20 Year History of the Toyota Motorhome
New Post has been published on http://mobiletec.tk/2017/06/19/the-20-year-history-of-the-toyota-motorhome/
The 20 Year History of the Toyota Motorhome
For almost 20 years various manufacturers made the Toyota motor home in several models. During its heyday, this little camper was produced in over 60 different models and styles of motor homes.
Beginning with the rather small Toyota Chinook camper and carrying on through the largest of the Toyota based Winnebago and Itasca models, the Toyota based motor home help to establish many manufacturers in the RV industry.
Because of the large number of manufacturers it is not uncommon to see similar campers and very different names. The small overall size had to limit the variety of floor plans available. This caused a lot of the manufacturers to build virtual duplicates that varied only in some of the fit and finish type of details.
It wasn’t long until the manufacturers began to expand the size of the camper bodies. Using conventional manufacturing techniques found in the travel trailer industry, the stick and staple type of construction with aluminum siding became the standard.
In the decade of the 1980s production of the Toyota motor home peaked. Many different companies were producing many different models. Some of the larger companies that were in this business were national RV, the producers of the very popular Dolphin series. They also produced the Seabreeze models. At the same time Winnebago was producing the Brave, the Warrior, and the deluxe Itasca Spirit models.
Damen Corporation of Elkhart Indiana produce the Escaper motor home, while Coachman produced the popular Coachman and Savanna models. Leisure Odyssey was building the Americana, Santa Cruz, and the Laguna campers.
The Mini-Mirage was built by Mirage industries, while the still very popular SunRader was constructed with a fiberglass body by Gardener Pacific.
By the late 1980s the length of the camper body had expanded to 22 feet. This caused a severe overload problem on the original half ton pickup axle. A national safety recall was issued by the United States government to correct the problem. Most of the models were given a new one ton axle. However there are still a few units available today that have the unsafe axle. Caution is advised if you are looking at in 1980s version of this very popular camper.
In 1989 V6 appeared on the market in the Toyota chassis. This increased horse power became very popular with the camper owners and production continued until 1994 when Toyota stopped supplying the pickup chassis to the camper manufacturers for safety reasons. Winnebago produced some of the last V6 versions in 1994.
During its production lifetime, the Toyota motor home enjoyed a great popular success and was widely distributed across the country. Today the greatest number of units on the road seem to be concentrated on the east and west coast areas but these motor homes will turn up just about anywhere in the country.

Jumper Ezpad 5SE Review: A New Choice for Daily Office Work
New Post has been published on http://mobiletec.tk/2017/06/19/jumper-ezpad-5se-review-a-new-choice-for-daily-office-work/
Jumper Ezpad 5SE Review: A New Choice for Daily Office Work
The Surface Tablet PC series from the Microsoft Company is undoubtedly one of the most successful office tablets at the moment. Its success is not only reflected in the Windows 10, which provides strong office support but also because of the important role, the excellent hardware and concise but delicate appearance design. Today, we will talk about the fresh Tablet PC, Jumper Ezpad 5SE, which combines with the classic Surface element but improves on the basis. And now, let’s check it in detail.
Features and Design
Although the body of Jumper Ezpad 5SE is not made of the all-metal material, the plastic part and aluminum alloy part have little chromatic aberration, causing no much influence on the visual effects. The screen outside border of this tablet is of a width of about 15mm, enough for an adult hand-holding. With the dimensions of 27.50 x 17.10 x 1.00 cm, it weighs only 700g.
Stylus and keyboard are the highlights of the Surface tablet and the iPad Pro and very helpful for improving the office productivity. And the Jumper Ezpad 5SE also supports a keyboard and stylus.
Configurations and Performance
Based on the Intel X5 Cherry Trail Z8300 Quad-Core processor clocked at 1.44GHz (up to 1.84GHz), the Jumper Ezpad 5SE is equipped with 4GB DDR3 RAM and 64 GB eMMc memory capacity. In addition, it gets a 10.6-inch IPS screen with the resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels.
In terms of the interfaces, taking care of the needs of business users, EZPad 5SE comes with a number of interfaces to facilitate the connection of a variety of external devices. It comes with two USB interfaces (one of which is a USB 3.0 interface, the other is a USB 2.0 interface), a MiniHDMI port, a TF card slot, and a 3.5mm Earphone port, enough for daily use.
From my own experience, EZPad 5SE performed well in dealing with the stitching of single and multiple pictures, smoothly and rapidly. As for the web browsing and video playback, this novelty performed not very differently with a general notebook. And the battery can last for about 6 hours in the normal use, enough for the daily mobile office work.
Summary
The Jumper Ezpad 5SE is really a compact tablet. And it would be a good choice for the office workers or school students, especially for those who are seeking for fashion and portability. I think it would be a good new choice for daily office work.

SAP BW InfoObjects
New Post has been published on http://mobiletec.tk/2017/06/19/sap-bw-infoobjects/
SAP BW InfoObjects
InfoObjects are essential to the SAP business intelligence solution. InfoObjects accept and obtain information from the source, then revise and arrange the information into either a standard or unique report. The InfoObject is the smallest building block in SAP BW. It is put to use in InfoProviders (InfoCubes, DSOs, MultiProviders, Queries, etc …). Picture InfoObjects as very small Lego pieces that when combined together, make a much larger Lego formation (InfoProvider). InfoProviders are made from InfoObjects and form something critical that permits end users to report from. You will find five different types of InfoObjects offered in the SAP BW environment.
Types of InfoObjects:
A) Characteristics (Employee, Customer, Material)
B) Key Figures (Quantity Sold, Amount, Weight)
C) Time Characteristics (Year, Month, Period, Quarter)
D) Unit InfoObjects (Currency Unit, Measurement Unit)
E) Technical Characteristics (Data Load Request ID, Change Run ID, Package ID)
A) Characteristics:
This type of InfoObject symbolizes a business entity that you are likely going to be analyzing. Such as: material, customer, or region.
B) Key Figures:
This type of InfoObject provides numeric measures of business entities. We chose to implement these to examine characteristics by weight, quantity, price, amount, etc …
C) Time Characteristics:
This particular type of InfoObject provides when a transaction takes place. As an option, fiscal year, month of sale, day of sale, quarter in which something sold.
D) Unit InfoObjects:
This kind of InfoObject provides what unit of measure a key figure is using. For instance, we might be using the metric system to gauge weights for our clients, so as a substitute for pounds we will be using kilograms.
E) Technical Characteristics:
SAP internal InfoObjects that retain information containing automatically generated IDs that are being used for monitoring and administration of the SAP BW system. For example, every individual load into SAP BW involves a unique request ID that ties back to a exclusive load so administrators can diagnoseose inaccuracies or take out a bad data load.
See if you are able to spot the InfoObjects that we would need to use in an effort to answer this business question …
ABC Corporation is interested in finding out how much of product x shipped on date x to factory x.
0NAME (ABC Corporation), 0MATERIAL (Product x), 0DATE (Ship date x), 0LOCATION (factory location) would be our characteristics needed
0AMOUNT (Quantity shipped) would be our key figure used to measure the quantity of products shipped
We know that we would need at a minimum, an InfoProvider that incorporated the above five InfoObjects. This is important when building in BW to get the client to let you know all the pieces that they are wishing to analyze (InfoObjects) so you can produce an InfoProvider containing applicable InfoObjects that will create valuable reports and in turn information for the business.
SAP deliveries a plethora of InfoObjects standard. These objects are actually in the BI content (Business Content). BI content is SAPs strategy for an out of the box answer to your business requirements. These objects begin with '0' and it is not recommended to revise them. Having said that, more often than not, delivered InfoObjects will not meet your needs for development, you can effortlessly create a customized object that will meet your requirements. You can create Custom Characteristic, Key Figure, and Unit InfoObjects.

The Importance Of Excel In The Workplace
New Post has been published on http://mobiletec.tk/2017/06/19/the-importance-of-excel-in-the-workplace/
The Importance Of Excel In The Workplace
Excel is perhaps the most important computer software program used in the workplace today. That’s why so many workers and prospective employees are required to learn Excel in order to enter or remain in the workplace.
From the viewpoint of the employer, particularly those in the field of information systems, the use of Excel as an end-user computing tool is essential. Not only are many business professionals using Excel to perform everyday functional tasks in the workplace, an increasing number of employers rely on Excel for decision support.
In general, Excel dominates the spreadsheet product industry with a market share estimated at 90 percent. Excel 2007 has the capacity for spreadsheets of up to a million rows by 16,000 columns, enabling the user to import and work with massive amounts of data and achieve faster calculation performance than ever before.
Outside the workplace, Excel is in broad use for everyday problem solving.
Let’s say you have a home office. You can use Excel to calculate sales tax on a purchase, calculate the cost of a trip by car, create a temperature converter, calculate the price of pizza per square inch and do analysis of inputted data. You can track your debt, income and assets, determine your debt to income ratio, calculate your net worth, and use this information to prepare for the process of applying for a mortgage on a new house. The personal uses for Excel are almost as endless as the business uses for this software – and an Excel tutorial delves into the practical uses of the program for personal and business use.
The use of spreadsheets on computers is not new. Spreadsheets, in electronic form, have been in existence since before the introduction of the personal computer. Forerunners to Excel and Lotus 1-2-3 were packages such as VisiCalc, developed and modeled on the accountant’s financial ledger. Since 1987, spreadsheet programs have been impacting the business world. Along the way, computerized spreadsheets have become a pervasive and increasingly effective tool for comparative data analysis throughout the world.
Today, end users employ Excel to create and modify spreadsheets as well as to author web pages with links and complex formatting specifications. They create macros and scripts. While some of these programs are small, one-shot calculations, many are much more critical and affect significant financial decisions and business transactions.
Widely used by businesses, service agencies, volunteer groups, private sector organizations, scientists, students, educators, trainers, researchers, journalists, accountants and others, Microsoft Excel has become a staple of end users and business professionals.
The beauty of Excel is that it can be used as a receiver of workplace or business data, or as a calculator, a decision support tool, a data converter or even a display spreadsheet for information interpretation. Excel can create a chart or graph, operate in conjunction with Mail Merge functions, import data from the Internet, create a concept map and sequentially rank information by importance.
Excel offers new data analysis and visualization tools that assist in analyzing information, spotting trends and accessing information more easily than in the past. Using conditional formatting with rich data display schemes, you can evaluate and illustrate important trends and highlight exceptions with colored gradients, data bars and icons.
Indeed, Excel can be customized to perform such a wide variety of functions that many businesses can’t operate without it. Excel training has become mandatory in many workplaces; in fact, computer software training is a must for any workplace trying to keep up with the times.
Let’s say you’re an employer with 97 workers, 17 of whom called in sick today, and you want to know the percentage represented by absentees. Excel can do that. You can learn Excel and use it to determine the ratio of male to female employees, the percentage of minorities on the payroll, and the ranking of each worker by compensation package amount, including the percentages of that package according to pay and benefits. You can use Excel to keep track of production by department, information that may assist you in future development plans. You can create additional spreadsheets to track data on vendors and customers while maintaining an ongoing inventory of product stock.
Let’s say you want to know your business production versus cost. You don’t have to be a math wiz – you just have to learn Excel. Excel allows you to input all of the data, analyze it, sort it according to your customized format, and display the results with color, shading, backgrounds, icons and other gimmicks that offer time-saving assistance in later locating precisely the information desired. If this spreadsheet is for presentation purposes, Excel helps you put it together in such a visually appealing way that the data may seem to pop and sparkle.
The single most important thing an employer may do is learn Excel – it is one of the most essential tools of the workplace.
Excel and Microsoft are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation, registered in the U.S. and other countries. Lotus is a registered trademark of International Business Machines Corporation in the U.S. and/or other countries.

5 Great Reasons to Become a Physical Therapist Assistant
New Post has been published on http://mobiletec.tk/2017/06/19/5-great-reasons-to-become-a-physical-therapist-assistant/
5 Great Reasons to Become a Physical Therapist Assistant
A physical therapist assistant is someone who provides physical therapy services to treat individuals suffering with ailments that hinder their mobility. This can be due to illness, accident, developmental disorder or other health related conditions that limit their everyday activities. Massage, exercises, traction and gait training are few of the many treatment methods used to treat such individuals to restore their mobility. Despite tough educational requirements, it is still considered a solid career choice due to the numerous benefits the career gives. Here are a few reasons to become a physical therapist assistant:
1. Physical therapist assistants are in great demand these days and as per statistics, their job opportunities are expected to continue to increase at above average rate through the next 5 years. There are several ongoing cases of developmental disorders which require physical therapy. Many occupations, such as factory workers are involved in rigorous jobs which often causes injuries, also the growing elderly population require constant physical therapy, hence the increase in demand.
2. They have a lot of options available in terms of area of practice, job location and timings. They can work in various health-care environments such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing clinics, private practices, with sports teams etc. Also, they can find job opportunities practically in any geographic region and that too on a part-time, full-time or temporary basis. They also get a chance to travel around the world while working on a per diem basis.
3. They help patients in their pain and give them as much independence and mobility as possible; making a significant difference in their lives every day. This gives them a great sense of personal satisfaction and confidence, since they positively influence others lives. Working for people and giving them better quality life embeds huge contentment.
4. Physical therapist assistants have a great earning potential. They are high in demand and hence their salary is expected to increase further.
5. It’s a challenging, fast paced job where they enjoy vigorous, energetic environment and are physically active throughout the day, which helps them stay fit. Every day, there are new people to meet, new problems to solve and each requires a different approach.
The physical therapist assistant field is a growing career and is being adopted by many individuals. It’s an enormously rewarding field within a supportive environment in terms of continuing education and supervision. Except for the initial assessment, a PTA performs the rest of the required treatment, which is the reason for its demand in many facilities.

Portable AC Unit
New Post has been published on http://mobiletec.tk/2017/06/19/portable-ac-unit/
Portable AC Unit
A portable AC unit is what you need if you do not have the space to install a conventional air conditioner. You will need to know what capacity AC unit and the size of the room that you want to cool. A portable unit not only cools a room but can also dehumidify the room. They can also be used as space heaters or fans. What functions they offer depend on the AC unit chosen. Before shopping for a portable AC unit make sure that you know the size of the room that you are going to use this unit in. They may be easy to install but they are not trouble-free and mobile. These units are bulky and can weigh fifty to ninety pounds, are thirty inches tall, and take up twelve to eighteen inches of space.
How they work
The unit will need to be kept near the window so the hot hair can be exhausted outside. The water can be drained in two different ways: outside the window using a drainage hose or in a bucket in the room.
Sizes
A portable unit is generally 7,500 to 8,000 BTUs but there are some with higher BTUs. BTU stands for British thermal unit and in reference to air conditioners, this is how many per hour the AC unit can remove or add from the air. With these BTU’s the portable AC unit can cool rooms that are 150 to 200 square feet. This type of air conditioner is the most economical and smallest of all air conditioners.
Types of portable AC units
When choosing a portable AC unit there are small, medium, and large units, each with different BTUs.
Small
• 7,500 BTU free standing units • 9,000 BTU free standing or digital unit • 10,000 BTU free standing unit
Medium
• 12,000 BTU free standing or portable unit with built-in water pump
Large
• 13,000 BTU free standing unit • 14,000 BTU free standing unit with ion and UV light, or heater with ion and UV light, or non-free standing air conditioner
Size and area it covers
• 7,000 BTU covers 250 to 300 square feet • 8,000 BTU covers 300 to 350 square feet • 9,000 BTU covers 350 to 400 square feet • 10,000 BTU covers 400 to 450 square feet • 12,000 BTU covers 450 to 550 square feet • 14,000 BTU covers 550 to 700 square feet
If the room that you are cool is heavily shaded, you should decrease the BTU by ten percent but it should be increased by ten percent if the room is very sunny. If the portable AC unit is in the kitchen the capacity should be increased by 4,000 BTUs.

Review Of Hearing Aids - Siemens, Beltone, Phonak & Starkey
New Post has been published on http://mobiletec.tk/2017/06/19/review-of-hearing-aids-siemens-beltone-phonak-starkey/
Review Of Hearing Aids - Siemens, Beltone, Phonak & Starkey
Hearing aids are available in analog or digital version. Analog hearing aids have been on the market for quite some time and are the least expensive type of hearing aids. Today, most hearing aids are digital as these provide better amplification, cleaner sound quality and can be programmed by computer. They are becoming more affordable as their prices have fallen.
There are 4 styles of hearing aids on the market. A hearing professional can help you determine the style that suits you best. The inexpensive behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aid is fitted over the ear and rests behind it. A hearing aid that can sit just inside the ear is the in-the-ear (ITE). The in-the-canal (ITC) hearing aid fits slightly lower into the ear, so it is almost invisible. Lastly, the completely-in-the-ear-canal (CIC) hearing aid is fitted down the ear canal.
This review is focused on the 4 leading manufacturers of hearing aids. Siemens, Beltone, Starkey and Phonak are well known for producing superior quality hearing aids and excellent customer service.
Siemens Hearing Aids
Siemens has been the biggest hearing aid manufacturer in the US for over 125 years. Siemens hearing aids are designed to meet any hearing need and lifestyle. All of them come with a two-year warranty. More channels and features are placed in every Siemens hearing aids as compared to other leading brands. Phoenix and Cielo models are Siemens’ most inexpensive line of hearing aids while the Artis e2e model is their top-of-the-line hearing aid with wireless ear-to-ear technology.
Beltone Hearing Aids
Beltone has more than 1300 locations in the United States of America and an exceptional reputation in the hearing aid business. The company has a program called Belcare whereby they provide support for ongoing needs of customers who have purchased a Beltone hearing aid. Beltone hearing ptofessionals are trained to carry out a lifestyle assessment called Personalized Hearing Health Assessment (PHHA) on their customers. This program helps determine which hearing aid is right for individual hearing needs. Beltone hearing aids are available in 4 categories: basic, quality, advantage and premier. The three-channel Edge model is the least expensive. Beltone’s mid-range model is the six-channel Mira. Beltone’s state-of-the-art hearing aid is the twelve-channel Oria which has many advanced features.
Starkey Hearing Aids
The world’s largest hearing aid maker is Starkey Laboratories. They were the first to offer warranty as well as a free trial period. They have many hearing aid models available beginning with the 3-channel Aspect. The mid-level Destiny comes in several models to accommodate your needs. Your Bluetooth-capable phone would work great with the top-of-the-line Eli models with its wireless capability.
Phonak Hearing Aids
Phonak, based in Switzerland, extends its services throughout the globe. You can have your Phonak hearing aid tailored to fit to your hearing needs and lifestyle. The six channel eXtra model is Phonak’s basic entry-level hearing aid. The Valeo and Elva models are mid-range hearing aids that have sixteen channels. Savia is the top range model with twenty channels and more features than the rest of their products. Phonak also provides wireless hearing solutions.

Communication Skills - Observation and Listening Skills
New Post has been published on http://mobiletec.tk/2017/06/19/communication-skills-observation-and-listening-skills/
Communication Skills - Observation and Listening Skills
Being able to observe and gather information is probably the most important basic skill you can learn if you want to improve your social skills…
This is because it’s the base of all communication skills.
What you say is obviously important but if you don’t know what’s going on right in front of you then you have absolutely no chance of being able to influence it.
In today’s society we have a tendency to become so dependent on technology like computers, mobile phones and sat navs that we forget to use our own basic observation and listening skills…
I remember reading about someone who actually drove their car into a canal because they followed the instructions on their satellite navigation system!
This is obviously a fairly dramatic and isolated instance but I think it’s safe to conclude that most people do not make the best use of their own natural observation & listening skills.
In Western culture we do not value observation and information gathering skills as much as they do in Eastern cultures. In Japan they have a word used to describe this ability called ‘amae’. Which refers to the skill of being able to know intuitively what a friend, business colleague or family member is thinking and feeling just by the way they look and sound.
The renowned Japanese psychiatrist Takeo Doi tells a story of a time he visited some friends in America. When he first walked in his hosts looked at him and asked him if he would like sometime to eat. Due to the fact that, in Japan, you do not ask someone if they would like something to eat, Takeo Doi became embarrassed and, even though he was indeed hungry, declined the offer.
In Japan, you would not need to answer this kind of question because your host would know intuitively if you were hungry by the way you look and sound.
It is clear that, in western society, we have much to learn from our eastern counterparts when it comes to the skill of obtaining information from the outside world. We can all get lazy from time to time and take things for granted. When we interact with people we can have a tendency to make generalisations or assumptions about who they are and what they do.
A couple of years ago I was fortunate enough to witness a keynote speech entitled Masai Masterclass by a speaker called Chris Howe. Chris is the CEO of a company called Changemaker and specializes in teaching large corporations the 5 key qualities of a Maasai warrior.
During his keynote Chris tells a fascinating story about a time when he travelled from Nairobi to a place called Tassia. On his journey he worked closely with the Maasai community in the Laikipia region in order to discover more about their culture and way of life. One day, while he was interacting with one of the Maasai warriors, he felt compelled to ask him what the procedure was when it came to killing a buffalo. The answer he received was not straight forward.
The Maasai warrior looked at him curiously and then started the following conversation:
Maasai Warrior: “You want to Kill Buffalo? Okay…At what time of day?”
Chris: “Ehm…Well, during the day, about 12 O Clock?”
Maasai Warrior: “Okay….In what weather conditions?”
Chris: “Well, let’s go for dry weather!”
Maasai Warrior: “Okay….and at what time of year?”
Chris: “Ehm….Summer time?
After about half a dozen questions of this nature they eventually arrived at a procedure for catching and killing a buffalo in those particular conditions. The Maasai warrior was quick to point out, though, that as soon as those conditions changed the strategy would also change.
All too often we have a tendency to search for that one technique that will work all the time, every time with every person. The reality of the situation, however, is that such a technique does not exist. Obviously having techniques and simple rules and procedures are incredibly helpful but the one thing that will dramatically increase your ability to communicate and talk to people effectively is to recognise that every individual is completely unique and it’s vital to first spend some time finding out what’s true for that person in that moment.
In fact, one of the most powerful things you can do to improve your communication skills is to open up your eyes and ears and become skilled in being able to notice what is going on right in front of you, right in the very moment and then tailor make your communication to suit that particular person in that particular moment.
So if you find yourself always trying to plan ahead of time all the things you are going to say to someone then great! it’s nice you want to be prepared, that’ll definitely help the flow of the interaction…Just remember that most of what you need to really connect with them at a deep level is right in front of you and the more you begin to open up your eyes and ears the more you will notice it…

Coming to Terms
New Post has been published on http://mobiletec.tk/2017/06/17/coming-to-terms/
Coming to Terms
I first started in the Internet business about nine years ago or so. At the time, I was even then concerned about having already missed the boat. ECommerce has only grown since then. I started by designing a basic website called "Independent's Day", or "IndieDay" for short. I did not even have a .com at the time! It was all about selling independent musicians' CD's. It failed miserably.
The next thing I tried was a crafting site with my wife. She was into rubber stamping at the time, and so we started making stamps and selling them online. I designed most of the stamps myself, and we had a great time doing it together. She minded the craft side of the business, and I minded the online sales. We did pretty well. But my wife has very troublesome pregnancies, and so before our first was born, we decided to shut down.
But in the meantime I had learned a lot.
Then came Mark Hansen Music, where my personal professional passion is. Since then, I've added a number of sites, both commercial and non, to my list of active sites.
I tell you all that background to tell you this: I've seen a LOT of change. And a major part of that change has been centered in the search engines. And I'm not just talking about Who's the current King of the Hill, or which one is doing promotions with which one, or who is buying out who. I'm talking about the changes in the way they rank the sites that list with them.
Back in the old days, the META tags entrusted supreme. Especially the Keyword Tag. You had to have a huge keyword list of all the things people might search for in your list. And that list was hidden in the deep coding of your site. Invisible to the public, seen only by nosy geeks and search engine spiders. People used to do all kinds of tricks, like putting multiple repeats of their keywords in the list, and coming up with hundreds of irrelevant keywords. They'd put 10 or 20 repeats of a dirty word in their META keywords because that's what people were supposedly searching for.
But then, someone else would come along and repeat that word 50 or 100 times, and the whole thing kinda snowballed out of control. Even the dirty sites got into the game, including including mainstream keywords in their list. There was a time in the late 90's where it looked like you could not even search for "mom's apple pie recipes" without getting at least two or three dirty sites in the list.
Fortunately, that all stopped working. The search engines decided that was absurd and did two things. First of all, they started penalizing people who had too much repetition in the keyword list. Second, they started paying more attention to the keyword matches in the actual website.
Then the webmasters started including huge lists of keywords at the bottom of their pages, sometimes hidden by making the text color the same as the background color. Then the search engines started checking and penalizing for that, and the cat-and-mouse game continued.
Finally we arrive at where we are today. It's still a constantly changing flux, with the search engines constantly adapting their ranking criteria, and the webmasters trying to game their systems. And each search engine still does things a bit differently. But even still, it's all starting to settle into some basic constants.
One of those constants is that the META tag keyword list is basically ignored now. What's most important by far, now, is keyword matches in the actual content of the site, especially in the visible text of the site.
That shift is now so complete, that I actually prefer not to refer to them by the phrase, "key words" any more. That harkens back to the old META tag system so strongly that I think it's confusing. Instead I use "Search Terms". I think that "Search Terms" better describes their function. It's what people are searching for. A search term is what you want to optimize your page for. It's the term that you work into your site in all the right places, so that when someone searches for it, you rank high.
And picking the right search terms for your optimization efforts is the new key. But it can be tricky.
You want to find search terms that are first of all, relevant to your site. That's what the filth purveyors found. When they were appearing on clean searches, rather than drawing people in, they were making people mad. Using irrelevant search terms just makes it harder for people to find what they're looking for, whether or not it's you.
Then you need to find words that are high in demand, and low in supply. Let me clarify. In economics an item is valuable when it is both rare and wanted. Like a diamond. If diamonds looked like raisins, it would not matter how rare they were, because nobody would want them.
Search terms are the same way. The most valuable term for your website is one that lots of people are looking for, but not so many people are using in their sites. If I go into Overture.com's Keyword Selector Tool ( http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion ), and search for "Music", I would find that in March of 2005, 9,963,606 searches were done for the Term. Wow! 9 million +! That's a whopping lot! That means that "Music" is in high demand! What a great search term, right?
Well, hold on. Let's jump to Google.com for a minute, and search for the same term. Hmmm … Let's see … Not much … Only about 508 MILLION websites are competitive for ranking using that term. Let me say that again: 500+ MILLIO N. OK, that's a lot of competition. Supply is way high, here.
So, maybe I need to narrow things down a bit. Let's try "Rock Music". OK, that's a bit better, only 96 million sites. How about "Christian rock music"? That's more my style anyway … 13 million.
Now that's still very high, but you can see how focusing my search terms has made the numbers more and more manageable. I could keep narrowing and trying different search terms, bouncing between Google and Overture, testing supply and demand until I found some search terms that had the best balance between the two. Not so much competition, but still in demand.
Then, I've returned to my website, and I've made sure that those search terms were written sensibly into my text and titles there on my main page and my sub pages. And that's one way I've improved my ranking.
I'd work on my terms!

Web Design - 3 Reasons You Should Hire a Designer

Web Design - 3 Reasons You Should Hire a Designer
Many online businesses start with little or no start-up capital. For this reason, many business owners opt to do all of the work themselves, including the creation of a product or service, creating a marketing plan, and the design and implementation of their company website. As the company business begins to grow, often time, the self developed website solution becomes too small to handle the expanding needs of the company. This can cause the business to halt all growth and sales several days to redesign the company website for increased growth.
If this sounds familiar to you, you may have started your company with very little start-up capital, and you may be hesitant to give your hard earned money to others for something you think can be done yourself! However, there are three reasons you should hire a web designer to save you not only time and money, but also heartache and frustration.
1. Saves Time to Run Your Business: By letting a web designer do a specific assigned job for you, you are not simply handing over the "dirty work" to the web designer. Actually, by paying the designer, you will eliminate all of the worry and frequent annoyances that often appear when trying to design your own website. This will allow you more time to focus on your business and the day to day operations of your company.
2. Quick Fix Problems: By hiring a designer, you are hiring professionals that are skilled at what they do. When you outsource your web design jobs, you will not have to be concerned with the issues that may arise, you can simply contact the designer to fix the problem. The designer will be able to quickly assess the problem and provide a quicker solution than you will probably be able to assess.
3. Professionalism: Surely, the designer you hire has been doing their job for a longer length of time than you. By hiring a web designer, you will have a more professional and polished finished product. Web designers do their jobs for a living, so they have to be superior at what they do!
Hiring a designer can be one the smartest decisions you will ever make. Do not trust just anyone to make your vision a reality. Hire a web designer that cares and one that can help your company have the professional image it describes.

Mario Kart 8
New Post has been published on http://mobiletec.tk/2017/06/17/mario-kart-8/
Mario Kart 8
Another quarter in the fiscal year, and another powerhouse Nintendo release. Just this past month, Nintendo unleashed Mario Kart 8 for the struggling Wii U. With sharp visuals, tight gameplay and an impressive coat of polish, could this be the system seller? Not only is this a must own for hardcore gamers, Mario Kart 8 is a must-have title for literally anyone with electricity surging in their house.
The Mario Kart franchise first screeched onto the scene with the Super Nintendo back in the early 1990's, the gameplay was solid, fast, and most of all Invigorating for any racing fan. It was easy to play but hard to master. Sequels came and went and usually added more to the overall package. With Mario Kart 8, there's plenty of new ideas but the basic financial kart racing game we all know and love, still shines through.
What Mario Kart 8 adds to the formula are anti-gravity sections littered through the race track. When I first tested the game at last year's E3, I was not impressed with the new feature. It just didnt add anything unique or special to the racing. It felt unnecessary. Boy, what a difference a year makes to development time. Now these portions are the most exciting parts of the track. Your kart's wheels will transform into their wall-scaling counterparts and when you bump into another racer, both of you will get a burst of speed. It fundamentally changes the gameplay of classic Mario Kart. You are no longer avoiding other racers but actively trying to slam into them during these sections.
A highlight to every new Mario Kart game is the additional items they add. With this iteration, they added an item that counters the dreaded Blue Shell; Called the Super Horn. If you time it just right, the horn's sound wave will crumble the demonic projectile. Granted, the Super Horn is a rare item to get but it adds more defensive depth. Another new item that's sure to be a favorite at parties is the Piranha Plant. Once you activate it, the plant will automatically try its luck at snapping fellow racers and spinning them out. You can also manually control the plant, and use it as a poor man's mushroom speed boost. They also included a new boomerang weapon, which is extremely powerful and acts just like you would expect. Along with the new items all of the classics are back too, giving Mario Kart 8 one of the largest arsenals of the franchise.
Of course, you can not forget about the insanely detailed tracks you'll be racing around in. With Mario Kart 8, they added some of the best speedways since Mario Kart 64. Thanks to the anti-gravity sections, the courses never lack in variety. You'll be racing on the side of a candy mountain that looks straight out of Wreck-It-Ralph, as well as familiar feeling beach courses that will take you underwater. Also, just like in Mario Kart 7, you'll also find sections in the course that will launch you high into the atmosphere and will activate your kart's hang glider. Of course, the infamous Rainbow Road is back as well and is every bit as challenging as it ever was.
This has been the only game that truly shows off the graphical ability of the Wii U. There were times during gameplay that the visuals matched something you'd see on a PlayStation 4 or an Xbox One title. The graphics look that stunning. Obviously, the better your TV the more impressive it's going to look. Do yourself a favor and play on a 1080p television. Mario Kart Wii made it difficult to follow your racer during a local four player splitscreen match but Nintendo seems to have fixed this problem. Thankfully, it's easy for everyone to get a grasp on the action.
If there was one downside of Mario Kart 8, it has to be the online capabilities. Nintendo happens to be light years behind Microsoft and Sony with their online features. Racing in matches with randomly selected players is easy to do but that's about it. The game just feels too limited in this aspect and with no real microphone to trash talk in, why not just play with someone in your own living room? Nintendo needs to get with the program and hopefully the Wii U version of Super Smash Brothers solves this problem. Just a shame that Nintendo's marque racing franchise's online is just so bland. Also, when racing with your friends, do not bother with the battle mode. They changed the classic formula and has everyone in a much too large track, trying to pop each other's balloons. The game seemed to go on forever and felt like it was just added at the last second.
With Mario Kart 8, you're getting plenty of racing goodness. There's an insane amount of characters and karts to unlock, tracks to try out and did I mention it has one of the best theater modes in gaming? Just look at Luigi's death stares mid race and try not to laugh. The only negative thing with the game is again Nintendo's online functions. Mario Kart 8 is another smash-hit for the kart racing series and is an absolute must own for the system. For those of you who have not picked up a WiiU yet, there is a bundle available that includes the console, a copy of Mario Kart 8, a Mario stylized Remote Plus, and a steering wheel, all for $ 329.99. Come into your local Slackers and pick it up today.

Access To The Hidden Partition Pqservice
Many laptops and computers comes in our days without recovery cd, the OS and driver are in hidden partition.
I will show you step by step how to unhide this partition. You will need to use PARTEDIT32.
Be aware that you can lose all your data in this operation, you should backup all your important things before.
This, is working with acer aspire laptops and probably with a large variety of computer with hidden partition.
First boot in bios menu by pressing F2 key on boot,
disable the d2d recovery save and restart.
Now we will use PARTEDIT32 this nice freeware software will make a great job, it will allow you to make your partition visible in some clicks of mouse and on the fly under Windows XP.
Unzip and launch Partedit32. The user interface opens, simple but effective, if you have more than one hard disk, choose the one where your hidden partition is in the menu Hard Disk, then look at the column TYPE in your partitions table here is the type of your partition, you can reach a list of the various types of partition by clicking the button SET TYPE.
In this example with a Acer laptop the name of the partition is PQSERVICE and its type is 12, changes it by type 07, save and reboot.
After boot in windows go to my computer you will see a new disk named PQSERVICE you have done it.
In this disk you can find your drivers and windows files. We will explain in another review how to make a real windows cd with these data.
Since that you have finish with these data you just have to repeat the operation and change back the value.

Why You Should Buy A Mobile Wireless Charger
New Post has been published on http://mobiletec.tk/2017/06/17/why-you-should-buy-a-mobile-wireless-charger/
Why You Should Buy A Mobile Wireless Charger
Despite the idea that many of us are resigned to the fact that there will always be an untidy mess of wires from all of our gadget chargers, eternally cluttering up our homes, it does not have to be that way. It is now possible to buy one inexpensive and easily storable device that is able to charge many of your devices at once.
Mobile wireless charger pads are one of the latest gadgets to hit the market. Although the science behind wireless charging is not new, technologists have recently managed to develop wireless chargers that enable you to simply place a device onto a charging mat in order to charge it up. Although the mobile wireless charger mat has one wire to plug the device into the wall, there are no wires at all between the charging pad and the gadgets that you are recharging! All you need to do is attach a tiny clip, accessory or case (depending on the brand of charger you choose) to your mobile phone or other rechargeable device, and lay it onto the charging mat. These pads can help reduced all that clutter down to just one wire and a small stylish pad or mat.
They are simple to use; all you have to do is put your device onto the mat, and it should start charging. One of the best things about these pads is that you can charge more than one device (MP3 player, camera, mobile phone etc) at once! Many mobile wireless chargers are able to charge up to three things at one time. Once this charger is plugged in, simply place your device onto the mat and it should charge as quickly as it would with its standard charger.
Other advantages of mobile wireless charger pads are that they are very portable; some charging mats designed for travel even roll up. This means that you do not have to take all your individual chargers with you when you go away. Because there are no wires, you can still use your mobile phone whilst it is charging without any danger of getting an electric shock; as long as you keep it close enough to the mat to allow it to continue charging. The mats are also very durable, and should last for years if treated with respect, so you should be able to attach the adaptation accessories to any new mobile phone or gadget that you purchase in the future.
