Okay, I'm just gonna come out and say it: Kenneth Choi is imo the best actor on 911. Every other character has had moments that made me cringe because the line delivery or other acting choices were a little (or a lot) too melodramatic for my taste, but not Chimney. Never him. Kenneth Choi is on screen, Kenneth Choi delivers.
