Funeral: Here the funeral and bone picking ceremony take place. Just before the body is sent down to be stripped of it’s flesh the body is drained of it’s blood.
Prayer: If people choose to visit their loved one’s ashes they can use the prayer rooms to pay their respects in privacy.
Cremation: Here the bodies are cremated after they have been sent down for fleshing.
Urn Storage: After cremation the family can choose to keep the ashes of their dead or store it in the tower as there is a significant lack of burial space in Japan.
Fleshing: Where the bodies are graded for quality and yield, stripped of their flesh and sent out to be sold.
