Today, I want you to work on fighting negative thoughts.
When you catch yourself talking down to yourself (ie. “I’m fat”, “I’m gross”) replace those thoughts with something positive.
If you find yourself telling yourself you “can’t” do something, change it to a CAN.
Positive self-talk doesn’t happen automatically for everyone… some of us (me included!) have to work at it each and every day. Do I have times where I mentally talk down to myself? Yes… But I try to catch myself in those moments and alter my mindset. It’s something you may have to work at daily, but trust me, it makes ALL the difference!
