And a weekly workout routine. I know it’s hard to start but I did 2 yrs ago and it is by far the best mental health fix I’ve ever found. It’s my time, no questions , I’m going, my time. My relationship with my wife and kids has improved cause dad finally found a way to kill the stress and now I’m ok.

Just a plumber here. Another low end grunt. If I’m servicing a hotel or hospital I try to talk to the Jan staff. They know more than maintenance and definitely more than the management every time. They have keys and short cuts for everything in the building. My mvp’s every time. Respect!!!

Yep, raising kids requires patience and mutual respect for feelings. And yes, as a parent you must explain why A lot. In detail. In the beginning. Once your children trust you as they get older they ask less questions and just do And then puberty hits and it’s back to toddler time again. Parenting is work. Hard work. Rewarding work if you do your job correctly.
