I thought of a plot bunny today.
Frasier had a talk show in Chicago between the end of Frasier and the beginning of the revival.
What if he somehow got Sam and Diane on his show without the other knowing, they started fighting, it went viral and that's one of the reasons his talk show became a sensation.
If you want to use this plot bunny, go ahead and run with it please!

A plot bunny showed up last night:
Carla put a curse on Rebecca when she and Sam were trying to make a baby because she thought the two of them would make terrible parents.
When someone asked her about curses years later, she mentioned that specific curse and they asked if the curse was just for making a baby with Sam or for ALL men. She couldn't remember and promptly undid the curse. Was Rebecca still in her childbearing years at the time of undoing the curse? Idk.
If you think you can make a story out of this, please go right ahead. I like sharing my weird little plot bunnies to inspire someone. If you've already heard this one, please show me where

When I first heard Garth Brooks was getting a sleeve tattoo and he said he dislikes pain to the point where he doesn’t even eat spicy food, I didn’t believe it was going to happen.
Other thoughts were:
It’ll probably just be an outer sleeve because I’ve heard inner arm is a spicy area.
And
It’ll probably be juuusssst enough ivy to be considered a sleeve.
Judging from the above pic, neither of those thoughts are going to be true. That’s way more ivy than I was expecting.
I’m impressed. Can’t wait to see the end result!

I was just wondering why I’ve become so fixated on Jonathan and Jennifer Hart, a fictional television couple on a show from the 70s/80s, and I think it’s because they’re such a HEALTHY couple.
Tumblr media
They TALK to each other and communicate. Seriously man, my #1 gripe with onscreen couples is that they never communicate with each other. But these two? Brooooo. Communication abounds.
Jonathan listens to Jennifer’s opinion on things, and she in turn listens when he becomes her voice of reason.
In that vein, Jonathan is usually the voice of reason, but he never disregards Jennifer. If she overhears a husband planning to kill his wife and wants to stop it, he’ll be skeptical, but he’ll still go, because he doesn’t ever doubt that she’s lying.
They almost never argue???? Seriously, I’m still waiting for an episode where they get into a huge, explosive argument. Still hasn’t happened.
Deadass the only episode where they are shown arguing, IT’S A PERFORMANCE.
They have their own lives outside their marriage. Jonathan has his company, Jennifer has her writing career, they both have friends—their marriage isn’t their entire life.
They’re so faithful that they would NEVER doubt how faithful they are.
They’ve been married for at least five years, and they still act like they’re in the honeymoon phase. Seriously, they could have just fought off a killer and they’re still flirting with each other.
They both go out of their way to surprise one another with romantic things.
They FONDLY BANTER. (Sue me I’m a sucker for affectionate banter lol)
The way they’re always so close—like they’re always holding hands, hugging, arms around each other, etc.
They’re practically a unit with how well they work together!
In conclusion, they’re the best TV couple I’ve ever seen. The bar has been raised too high. I love them so much.

A Possible Plot Bunny
I just thought of something. When Sam fled from his wedding to Sheila, he went to Frasier in Seattle. He wanted to get as far away from Boston as possible, right? What if the only reason he went to Seattle was because the flight to Los Angeles where Diane would be was at a later time? Yeah, that’s a plot bunny.

Hi, Plot Bunny
A Cheers AU where Sam and Diane are married. He still goes to his sex addiction group because he doesn’t want to stray. Diane knows he hates needles so she suggests a bodysuit tattoo. Every time he cheats, he adds to it. He agrees to it simply because he doesn’t want one.
The only part of the bodysuit I’ve nailed down is a baseball/Red Sox sleeve on his pitching arm.
And now I can’t stop thinking about Sam with tattoos.
I have weird plot bunnies.
