White Ankle

The photographer looked at the horse and the soldier with astonishment when the soldier opened the door of his studio and thought: ‘what the hell!! A horse!!’. The soldier looked at him and said: ‘ this is White ankle and I want you to take a photo of me and him. Can you do that?’ The photographer murmured a ‘uhm…’ and said: ‘why not? It is good weather and my backyard studio has a very nice dropout that would fit perfectly you and your horse’. The horse was very calm and seemed to understand everything the photographer said. The soldier patted the horse’s head and said: ‘let’s go White Ankle. It won’t take long’. At the backyard, the rider jumped on the horse. The horse was very calm and looked to the camera as following the orders of its rider: ‘Hush, White Ankle. Show how beautiful you are’.
