has stated several times that the homeless woman was always meant to be ambiguous and that the audience can make up their own interpretation for her. Conflicting information has been found that Kurt Sutter said he wrote the character as an embodiment of Jesus Christ, but tried to leave it ambiguous. It's still open to personal interpretation of each individual

According to an interview with Kurt Sutter, the pilot episode was entirely shot with actor Scott Glenn in the role of Clay Morrow. After deciding to go in a different direction with the character, the role was re-cast with Ron Perlman and Clay's scenes were re-shot. Also, in the pilot there is still a scene where you can spot Scott Glenn as Clay, after they blow up the warehouse at the end of the episode there is a shot of the Sons running away from the explosion. Scott Glenn can be seen in the foreground and you can also see Emilio Rivera in the group as he was originally cast as a member of SAMCRO but then re-cast as the leader of their rival gang; The Mayans.

The scars on Tommy Flanagan (Chibs) face are very real. He was jumped when he was younger and that resulted in the scars.

Some people fared a little better with their choppers. In fact most of the cast became so enamoured with the bikes their characters rode (which, in most cases €“ besides the bigger stunts and the like €“ they actually rode themselves) that they used them off-camera as well as on. Which must have been a nightmare for the show's insurance folk. Charlie Hunnam is especially adept at riding his bike, using it as his primary form or transport rather than driving a car. In fact during an appearance on Conan he talked about how he'd rode his Harley there, and about how he apparently gets guff for wearing white trainers in the show even though it's true-to-life. Like, of all the things to get upset about in Sons Of Anarchy. Mark Boone Junior, Theo Rossi, Kim Coates and Emilio Rivera all actually ride their bikes in real life too, having lead numerous charity motorcycle rides across the US since the show started, which is jolly nice of them. And probably not very in character.

If you were watching Sons of Anarchy during its third season, you would’ve noticed a cameo appearance from one of the show’s biggest fans – Stephen King. The famous horror writer appeared in an episode as a cleaner named Bachman, which is actually an ode to his early career pseudonym, Richard Bachman.

Happy wasn’t the only person on set that had connections to a real life bike club. The “First 9” of SAMCRO were the nine founders of the club way back when. One of those founders is Lenny, who’s played by Sonny Barger, a founding member of the Hell’s Angels’ Oakland chapter.

a little to happy
Happy was so well received by viewers that he went from being a nomad to a full-fledged member of the SAMCRO charter in a short amount of time. This promotion means even more when you learn that David Labrava was brought onto the set of Sons of Anarchy as a technical assistant due to his experience with bikes. Oh, did we forget to mention that he’s actually a member of the Hells’ Angels? Yep, he’s the real deal.

Despite being set mainly in the fictional town of Charming, located somewhere in California's Central Valley (which apparently made for some sweaty shooting days whilst the show was still running), Sons Of Anarchy did managed to explore further than its usual base of operations on a number of occasions. A prominent storyline through the early seasons involved SAMCRO dealing with former IRA member from Northern Ireland. In the third season they even buggered off to Belfast for a bit, on the run from the law who'd finally decided to crack down on the uneasy alliance between police and bikers that existed in Charming. The interiors for this whole plot line were filmed at the usual Californian sound stages, but they actually did do some location filming for the exteriors. Which included the hotel the gang stayed at. Eventually the Europa Hotel wound up being the location for a fairly explosive turns of events for the SAMCRO summer holidays. Which is tragically true to life, since the site of that major disaster was once one of the most bombed sites in Northern Ireland by the IRA during The Troubles.

not a fact but maybe?
so we all know Jax’s decisions in the final season were not up to par, but i also think he wasnt thinking about the club till the end.... He was in a fury of rage all the way till the end because of what happened to Tara. so did he actually finish what JT started? did he get the club out of the things that was killing them? will his son stay out of that life? questions i know wont ever be answered but wow!
