Shepherd

Values her crew and sees them like family.

Always finds ways to have fun with crew.

Can be very overprotective of crewmates

Had a bad experience with the local wildlife as a kid and had to be rescued by her father's rescue pup

Collin has become her confidant and second in command.

Shepherd and Collin often take bets when it comes to certain aspects of their crewmates lives

Has a few scars from training rescue pups

Yonny

The top of his hands are slightly scared from working and tinkering with his hands. He is missing a portion of the tip of his right index finger (scalpel slipped)

He is ambidextrous, but prefers using his left hand

Has two tattoos that are related to his professions.

Before the new blood was hired, Yonny was the newest hire. Dingo suggested him to Shepherd and pretty much did the interview for him

His actual interview with Shepherd became a working interview when the rescue pup (Oatchi's mom) got really sick.

I have some more simple headcanons for Yonny and Dingo. I have some other headcanons for the rest of the rescue corps

Yonny

Was a raised in a very strict household and doesn't really communicate with his family anymore.

Informally adopted by Dingo's grandma

Has a bit of a temper and tries really hard to control/ hide it.

Loves messing with people and getting a rise out of them (especially Russ and the newbie).

Is a very difficult person to read and has a great poker face

Loves people watching and is very observant

Found unusual and slightly unsettling ways of dealing with bullies as a child

Dingo

Was raised by his grandma and uncle and had a relatively normal childhood (despite the usual chaos caused by Yonny and his experiments)

Is usually pretty chill and laid back. Just don't mess with those he care about

Acts like a jerk but has a heart of gold

Usually rushes headfirst into situations

Can read Yonny like a book and usually knows when something is wrong or is upsetting him. Taught him to take his anger out through exercise and not on himself . He also keeps Yonny in check ( Shepherd and Collin are very greatful)

Liked sneaking into places as a kid (Yonny's house, the school he went to, etc.)

Loved playing pranks as a kid

I have simple headcanon for Yonny . Due to working with pure concentrated glow sap and some experimentations gone wrong, Yonny's eyes glow similarly to that of glow pikmin and the glow sap and he also has excellent night vision
