जयपुर में जीत का मंत्र देने के बाद राहुल पहुंचे गोविंददेव जी की शरण में जयपुर : कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी ने अपने बहुप्रतिक्षित राजस्थान दौरे के दौरान रवानगी से पहले जयपुर के आराध्य देव गोविंददेव जी का आशीर्वाद लिया। राहुल गांधी रामलीला मैदान में कांग्रेस के प्रतिनिधि सम्मेलन को संबोधित करने के बाद सीधे गोविंद देव जी के मंदिर पहुंचे। राहुल वहां करीब 20 मिनट तक रुके। राहुल गांधी रामलीला मैदान से शाम को सीधे गोविंददेव जी के मंदिर पहुंचे। वहां मंदिर के महंत ने राहुल गांधी को पूजा अर्चना करायी। राहुल ने वहां पूजा अर्चना कर जीत का आशीर्वाद मांगा। इस दौरान पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय संगठन महासचिव एवं पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत, पीसीसी चीफ सचिन पायलट और प्रदेश प्रभारी अविनाश पांडे समेत कई वरिष्ठ पदाधिकारी मौजूद। राहुल के मंदिर जाने के दौरान उनकी एक झलक पाने के लिए भारी भीड़ उमड़ी. इस दौरान सुरक्षा के कड़े बंदोबस्त रहे।

पहले कांग्रेस भी थी टेंपल कार्ड खेलने के मूडउल्लेखनीय है कि पहले राहुल गांधी के राजस्थान दौरे की शुरुआत ही किसी धार्मिक स्थल किए जाने की चर्चा थी। कांग्रेस भी भाजपा की तर्ज पर अन्य राज्यों की तरह राजस्थान में टेंपल कार्ड खेलने के मूड में थी। इसके लिए खाटूश्यामजी से लेकर कई धार्मिक स्थलों के नाम चर्चा में आए। मंदिरों की सूचियां भी दिल्ली भिजवायी गई थी। लेकिन राहुल गांधी के दौरे के दिन शनिवार को भी सुबह तक इस पर सस्पेंस बरकरार रहा। क्योंकि एआईसीसी की ओर से जारी राहुल गांधी के दौरे के कार्यक्रम में भी मंदिर दर्शन का जिक्र नहीं किया गया था और ना ही प्रशासनिक स्तर पर इसकी कोई जानकारी थी। कांग्रेस के कुछ सूत्रों ने जरूर दावा किया था कि प्रतिनिधि सम्मेलन के बाद वापसी में राहुल गोविंदेवजी मंदिर जा सकते हैं।

परीक्षा पे चर्चा : प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज लेंगे छात्रों-अभिभावकों की 'क्लास' नई दिल्ली : प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज छात्रों, शिक्षकों एवं अभिभावकों से 'परीक्षा पे चर्चा' करेंगे। बातचीत के दौरान पीएम मोदी ‘मूल्यवान सुझाव’ साझा करेंगे। इस कार्यक्रम का मकसद यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि छात्र तनावमुक्त होकर आगामी बोर्ड एवं प्रवेश परीक्षाएं दें।दिल्ली के तालकटोरा इनडोर स्टेडियम में आयोजित होने वाले ‘परीक्षा पे चर्चा’ के तीसरे सत्र में मोदी छात्रों और शिक्षकों से परीक्षा के तनाव को दूर करने पर संवाद करेंगे। इस कार्यक्रम में कुल 2,000 छात्र एवं अध्यापक भाग लेंगे, जिनमें से 1,050 छात्रों का चयन निबंध प्रतियोगिता के जरिए किया गया है।

प्रधानमंत्री ने कई ट्वीट में कहा, ‘एक बार फिर से हम परीक्षाओं से जुड़े विषयों, खातसौर पर परीक्षा के दौरान कैसे हम खुश रहें और तनावमुक्त रहें पर गहन चर्चा और जानकारी से परिपूर्ण बातचीत करेंगे। मैं आप सभी को ‘परीक्षा पे चर्चा 2020’ में शामिल होने के लिए आमंत्रित करता हूं। उन्होंने कहा, परीक्षा पे चर्चा 2020 से पहले लाखों छात्रों, अभिभावकों और बच्चों ने अपने विचार और सलाह दिए हैं जो बहुत ही मूल्यवान हैं और यह परीक्षा से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दे जैसे परीक्षा की तैयारी, परीक्षा के दौरान और परीक्षा के बाद के वक्त के लिए महत्वपूर्ण हैं। पीएम मोदी ने ट्वीट किया, डिस्कशन ऑन इग्जाम, इग्जामवरियर्स और परीक्षा पे चर्चा उस प्रयास का हिस्सा है जिसमें हम छात्रों को समर्थन देते हैं और उन्हें यह आश्वस्त करते हैं हम सभी उस समय उनके साथ हैं जब वे परीक्षा की तैयारियां कर रहे हैं। आपसे कल परीक्षा पे चर्चा 2020 पर मुलाकात होगी। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि कार्यक्रम पूर्वाह्न करीब 11 बजे आरंभ होगा और ‘यूट्यूब’ पर भी इसका प्रसारण किया जाएगा।मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय ने उन छात्रों का चयन किया है जो पांच विषयों पर उनके द्वारा प्रस्तुत निबंधों के आधार पर प्रधानमंत्री से सवाल पूछेंगे। एचआरडी मंत्रालय ने एक बयान में कहा, ‘छात्रों, शिक्षकों और अभिभावकों में काफी उत्साह देखा जा रहा है। वे इस अनूठे कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने के लिए ही नहीं, बल्कि प्रधानमंत्री से मूल्यवान सुझाव मिलने को लेकर भी उत्साहित हैं। प्रधानमंत्री यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहते हैं कि छात्र तनावमुक्त होकर परीक्षाएं दें ताकि दीर्घकाल में बेहतर परिणाम सुनिश्चित हो सकें।’एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने बताया कि पिछले साल करीब 1.4 लाख छात्रों की प्रविष्टियां देशभर से मिली थीं। इस बार यह संख्या बढ़कर लगभग 2.6 लाख हो गयी है। पीएम मोदी ने 2018 में आयोजित ऐसे सत्र में छात्रों के 10 प्रश्नों के उत्तर दिये थे और पिछले साल 16 सवाल लिये थे। पहले इस साल यह सत्र 16 जनवरी को होना था लेकिन देशभर में विभिन्न त्योहारों की वजह से इसे टाल दिया गया।

भाजपा के कार्यकरी अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा की पार्टी अध्यक्ष पद पर ताजपोशी आज भाजपा के कार्यकरी अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा की पार्टी अध्यक्ष पद पर ताजपोशी आज होगी। उनका निर्वाचन आम सहमति से होगा। ताजपोशी से पहले र���जधानी में देश के कई राज्यों के कार्यकर्ताओं ने डेरा डाल दिया है। सोमवार को ही पार्टीशासित सभी राज्यों के सीएम, डिप्टी सीएम, केंद्रीय मंत्री, केंद्रीय संगठन से जुड़े नेता, राज्यों के अध्यक्ष और संगठन मंत्री राजधानी पहुंचेंगे। दोपहर बाद नड्डा को अध्यक्ष निर्वाचित होने की घोषणा की जाएगी।परीक्षा पर चर्चा के बाद पीएम दोपहर बाद पार्टी मुख्यालय पहुंचेंगे। निर्वाचण प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होने के बाद पीएम मुख्यालय में ही कार्यकर्ताओं को संबोधित करेंगे। पार्टी सूत्रों का कहना है कि नड्डा अपनी नई टीम का गठन दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव के बाद करेंगे। नई टीम में बड़े बदलाव की जगह उनकी प्राथमिकता रिक्त पदों को भरने की होगी। जेपी आंदोलन से सुर्खियों में आए थे नड्डा जेपी आंदोलन से सुर्खियों में आए जगत प्रकाश नड्डा के लिए सोमवार का दिन अहम रहने वाला है। सोमवार को उनके राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष बनने की आधिकारिक घोषणा की जाएगी और इसके बाद पहली बार भाजपा की कमान हिमाचल का कोई नेता संभालेगा। मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर के अलावा नवनियुक्त प्रदेश अध्यक्ष डॉ. राजीव बिंदल समेत तकरीबन सभी बड़े नेताओं ने दिल्ली में डेरा डाल दिया है। वहीं, नड्डा के परिवार के सदस्य और रिश्तेदार भी दिल्ली पहुंच गए हैं। जेपी नड्डा 1977 से 1979 तक रांची में रहे। उनके पिता रांची विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति व पटना विवि के प्रोफेसर रहे। 1975 में जेपी आंदोलन में भाग लेने के बाद जगत प्रकाश नड्डा बिहार में अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद में शामिल हुए। 1977 में छात्र संघ का चुनाव लड़ा और सचिव बने थे। पटना से स्नातक के बाद नड्डा ने हिमाचल प्रदेश विश्वविद्यालय से एलएलबी की पढ़ाई की। 1983 में पहली बार हिमाचल प्रदेश विश्वविद्यालय के छात्र संघ चुनाव में वह विद्यार्थी परिषद के अध्यक्ष चुने गए। भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष की कुर्सी तक पहुंचने वाले जगत प्रकाश नड्डा 1993 में हिमाचल विधानसभा चुनाव लड़ने के बाद भाजपा विधायक दल के नेता बने थे। 1998 में विधानसभा चुनाव जीतने के बाद नड्डा को पार्टी सीएम बनाना चाह रही थी लेकिन उनके पीछे हटने से प्रेम कुमार धूमल का नाम प्रस्तावित किया गया। 2009 में मंत्री पद छोड़कर वह दिल्ली चले गए।

निर्भया के दोषियों का डेथ वारंट जारी करने वाले जज का सुप्रीम कोर्ट में तबादला नई दिल्ली : निर्भया सामूहिक दुष्कर्म कांड के चारों दोषियों को डेथ वारंट या ब्लैक वारंट जारी करने वाले पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट के अतिरिक्त सत्र न्यायाधीश सतीश कुमार अरोड़ा का तबादला हो गया है। खबर है कि उन्हें एक साल के डेप्यूटेशन पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में बतौर अतिरिक्त रजिस्ट्रार नियुक्त किया गया है। मालूम हो कि बीते सात साल से जिस निर्भया केस में दोषियों को फांसी की उम्मीद पूरा देश कर रहा था उनका डेथ वारंट जज सतीश अरोड़ा ने ही जारी किया था।Delhi's Patiala House Court: Additional Sessions Judge Satish Kumar Arora who issued death warrant against the four death row convicts in the 2012 Delhi gang rape case has been transferred to the Supreme Court as Additional Registrar on deputation basis for one year. — ANI (@ANI) January 23, 2020जज सतीश अरोड़ा ने दो बार जारी किया डेथ वारंटजज सतीश अरोड़ा ही वो ��्यायाधीश हैं जो निर्भया के दोषियों का दो बार डेथ वारंट जारी कर चुके हैं। सबसे उन्होंने सात जनवरी 2020 को दोषियों को डेथ वारंट जारी किया था, जिसके अनुसार दोषियों को 22 जनवरी को फांसी होनी थी। हालांकि बाद में दोषियों के कुछ केस लंबित होने के चलते उन्होंने दोबारा डेथ वारंट जारी किया। अब उसके अनुसार निर्भया के दोषियों को 1 फरवरी 2020 सुबह छह बजे फांसी होगी। फांसी की तैयारियां शुरू, पूछी आखिरी ख्वाहिश तिहाड़ जेल के अंदर फांसी से पहले होने वाली प्रक्रियाएं तेज हो गई हैं। सूत्रों के हवाले से खबर तो ये भी है कि जेल प्रशासन ने दोषियों से उनकी आखिरी इच्छा भी पूछी है। जेल सूत्रों का कहना है कि तिहाड़ प्रशासन ने चारों गुनहगारों को नोटिस देकर उनकी आखिरी इच्छा पूछी है। उन्होंने पूछा है कि एक फरवरी को होने वाली फांसी से पहले वह आखिरी बार किससे मिलना चाहते हैं?

पाकिस्तान में बर्फबारी और बारिश से 84 की मौत इस्लामाबाद। पाकिस्तान में भारी बर्फबारी और तेज बारिश के कारण 84 लोगों की मौत हुई है। गुलाम कश्मीर स्थित नीलम घाटी में पिछले 24 घंटे में आए हिमस्खलन से 15 गांव प्रभावित हुए। इस आपदा में 45 घर पूरी तरह तबाह हो गए। कम-से-कम 57 लोगों की मौत हो गई और कई लोग लापता बताए जा रहे हैं। बचाव दलों ने 42 घायलों को विभिन्न अस्पतालों में भर्ती कराया है। हिमस्खलन व भूस्खलन के चलते बलूचिस्तान में 14 और पंजाब में लगभग सात लोगों की जान जा चुकी है। खराब मौसम में हुई सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में दर्जनों लोग घायल भी हुए हैं। पाकिस्तान के राहत, आपदा एवं लोक रक्षा सचिव सैयद मोहिउद्दीन कादरी ने बताया कि भीषण हिमपात के कारण ऊंचाई वाले इलाकों का पूरे देश से संपर्क टूट गया है। लगातार वर्षा के कारण सियालकोट, गुजरात और पंजाब के कई हिस्सों में बाढ़ जैसी स्थिति पैदा हो गई है। प्राकृतिक आपदा के कारण पाकिस्तान को पड़ोसी मुल्कों से जोडऩे वाली सड़कें भी बंद पड़ी हैं। बता दें कि गुलाब कश्मीर में हुई बर्फबारीी ने पिछले 50 सालों का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिया है। भारी बर्फभारी और लगातार बारिश की मार सबसे ज्यादा पाकिस्तान के सबसे बड़े प्रांत बलूचिस्तान पड़ी है।

यूपीएससी सिविल सर्विस मेन्स परीक्षा का रिजल्ट घोषित, 27 जनवरी से इंटरव्यू

नई दिल्ली : संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (यूपीएससी) ने सिविल सेवा मुख्य परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित कर दिया है। नतीजे 14 जनवरी को घोषित किए गए। यूपीएससी सिविल सेवा मुख्य परीक्षा का आयोजन 20 सितंबर से 29 सितंबर के बीच किया गया था। मेन्स परीक्षा में पास होने वाले उम्मीदवारों को इंटरव्यू राउंड के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। इंटरव्यू 275 मार्क्स का होगा। आधिकारिक नोटिफिकेशन में 896 पदों पर वैकेंसी निकाली गई हैं। उम्मीदवार अब इंटरव्यू के लिए -समन पत्र 27 जनवरी, 2020 से आयोग की वेबसाइट www.upsc.gov.in और www.upsconline.in से डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं सिविल सर्विस मेंस परीक्षा में 11,845 उम्मीदवारों को शार्टलिस्ट किया गया था। हर वर्ष यूपीएससी सिविल सेवा परीक्षा तीन चरणों -- प्रारंभिक, मुख्य परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार-- में आयोजित की जाती है। इसके जरिए भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (आईएएस), भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (आईपीएस) और भारतीय विदेश सेवा (आईएफएस) सहित अन्य सेवाओं के लिए चयन किया जाता है।

नई दिल्ली : पश्चिम बंगाल की दो दिवसीय यात्रा पर कोलकाता पहुंचे प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी से मुलाकात के बाद मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी शनिवार को सीएए के खिलाफ धरना प्रदर्शन में शामिल होने पहुंच गईं। राजभवन में औपचारिक मुलाकात के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने नागरिकता संशोधन कानून और राष्ट्रीय नागरिक रजिस्टर के खिलाफ पीएम मोदी के समक्ष विरोध जताया। हालांकि पीएम मोदी ने सीएम ममता से इस मुद्दे पर दिल्ली आकर बात करने को कहा है। पीएम मोदी से मुलाकात करने के बाद सीएम ममता बनर्जी सीएए और एनआरसी के विरोध में शामिल होने पहुंच गईं।

धरना प्रदर्शन में शामिल होने से पहले ममता बनर्जी ने पीएम मोदी से मुलाकात की। ममता बनर्जी ने कहा, 'यह मेरा संवैधानिक कर्तव्य है कि हम देश के प्रधानमंत्री और राष्ट्रपति का स्वागत करें. यह शिष्टाचार मुलाकात थी। बंगाल के मंत्री फ़िरहाद हाकिम ने प्रधानमंत्री की एयरपोर्ट पर अगवानी की. मैंने बैठक में अपनी दो मांगों को रखा।'

ममता बनर्जी ने कहा, 'पहला हमने 28,000 करोड़ रुपये के बकाये का मुद्दा उठाया. केंद्र से 54,000 करोड़ रुपये की मंजूरी मिल चुकी है लेकिन इसके बावजूद 28,000 करोड़ रुपये राज्य के हिस्सा का मिलना बाकी है। इसके अतिरिक्त 700 करोड़ रुपये का बकाया है जो चक्रवाती तूफान बुलबुल से निपटने के लिए मिलना था। यह राज्य का पैसा है। यह राज्य का अधिकार है कि उसे मिले। उन्होंने मुझे आश्वासन दिया कि इस बार वह कुछ पूर्व निर्धारित कार्यक्रमों के साथ यहां आए, लेकिन यदि संभव हुआ तो वह दिल्ली में इस पर जरूर सोचेंगे।'

दूसरे, वह मेरे मेहमान हैं, इसलिए मुझे नहीं पता कि यह सवाल उठाना मेरे लिए सही था या नहीं, लेकिन मैंने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा है कि हम, बंगाल के लोग, सीएए, एनपीआर और एनआरसी की निंदा करते हैं. विरोध करते हैं। हम देश के किसी भी दो व्यक्तियों के बीच कोई प्रतिद्वंद्विता नहीं चाहते हैं और उन्हें अपनी मातृभूमि से दूर नहीं भेजना चाहेंगे। मैंने उनसे (प्रधानमंत्री) दृढ़ता से कहा है कि इस पर (सीएए) फिर से विचार किया जाए और इसे वापस लिया जाए। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी पश्चिम बंगाल के दो दिन के दौरे पर शनिवार को कोलकाता पहुंचे। पश्चिम बंगाल के राज्यपाल जगदीप धनखड़ और कोलकाता के मेयर और बंगाल के शहरी विकास और नगरपालिका मामलों के मंत्री फिरहाद खान ने पीएम मोदी का एयरपोर्ट पर स्वागत । इसके बाद पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने राजभवन में पीएम मोदी से मुलाकात की।

नई दिल्ली। सोशल मीडिया में दीपिका पादुकोण की जेएनयू विजिट का मुद्दा पहले ही गर्माया हुआ है, जिसके चलते छपाक को बॉयकॉट करने की मुहिम चलाई जा रही है। इस बीच फ़िल्म को लेकर एक और विवाद खड़ा गया है। सोशल मीडिया में कुछ लोगों ने यह आरोप लगाया है कि फ़िल्म के विलेन का नाम जानबूझकर बदल दिया गया है। बुधवार को ट्विटर पर अचानक 'नदीम ख़ान' और 'राजेश' नाम ट्रेंड होने लगे। दरअसल, एक मैगज़ीन में यह स्टोरी आयी थी कि छपाक के विलेन का नाम राजेश है, जिसके बाद शाम 4 बजे तक नदीम ख़ान को लेकर 60 हज़ार ट्वीट किये गये थे, जबकि राजेश को लेकर लगभग 50 हज़ार ट्लीट सर्कुलेट हो रहे ���े। छपाक लक्ष्मी अग्रवाल की बायोपिक है, जिन पर 2005 में नदीम नाम के युवक ने दिल्ली के ख़ान मार्केट में एसिड फैंका था।
