Possibly triggering again:

I have been trying to get better for years, at least 8 and I see no improvement. I’m honestly confused and my therapist says I’m young and it fine but I’m honestly (and this is the triggering part) considering ending it.

Any advice for not ending things? I honestly need help without going to a mental place again(already been three times) and without calling anyone.
