From the 1993-94 season.  Chris Farley doing his character Bennett Brauer on Weekend Update.  Chris was supposed to start flying over the audience but his wiring got caught up in the lights.  Kevin Nealon and a stagehand had to untangle the wire from the lights (which looked to almost knock down the entire Weekend Update set) while Chris had to improvise lines such as “I have a weight problem” for why he wasn’t flying as planned.
