As someone who has had to use greasepaint to black out my eyes regularly while playing a masked character with large eye holes at a haunted attraction, I can say with 100% certainty that Ghost has a near permanent crust of paint around his eyelashes making it look like he's wearing eyeliner on the rare occasion he isn't wearing the paint+mask.

Fic writers/artists, do with that information what you will.
