Writing this as an ask I hope that's ok! Ok so I think that-

Connor has internal alarms set for when you need to take your shots. He'll politely pull you away from whatever you're doing to remind you it's time. He has enough medical knowledge to give your T-shots efficiently. If you're nervous with needles he has tactics to calm you down enough to be able to give you the shot. He asks you questions about your day to distract your brain as he preps the needle full of testosterone, squeezing your hand and responding back to your story as needed as he disinfects the area. He gives you a heads up and lets you turn away or close your eyes if needed. If you're ok with watching, that's fine too. He makes you keep talking as he gives you your shot though. Afterwards he'll throw praises your way as he re-cleans the area. He'll ask if you want a designed band-aid, a normal one, or none at all and whichever you pick is the one you'll get. He places a kiss to your thigh/hip after the band-aid is placed before kissing your cheek and thanking you for doing so well before he leaves to put the testosterone away.
