I was at my swimming lesson and this woman started yelling at me for not wearing a mask. I was like "I'm sorry if my not wearing a mask upsets you, but I'm actually headed for the pool, I need to swim."

And she goes "ARE YOU TALKING BACK TO ME? WHERE ARE YOUR PARENTS? WHERE ARE YOUR PARENTS!!???"

And I'm like "Oh, my mum's dead and my dad's at work." (lie, my mum's not dead, I just wanted to get a reaction)

And then she goes "WELL NO WONDER YOU HAVE NO MANNERS!" And by now, we'd caught the coach's attention and he comes up and talks to the woman and when she gets to the dead mum part, he just smiles at me and explains to the woman that we're about to swim and I'm allowed to have my mask off and she goes "I'M GOING TO BE REPORTING ALL OF YOU! YOU SHOULD HAVE WATERPROOF MASKS!" And then he explains that we're training for a triathlon and what we'll be doing is far too heavy to wear a mask for. She just continues screaming and saying that she'll report us and eventually she went away. To sum it up, I'm glad there's only 6 days of 2020 left.
