Expectations - sometimes it not the person who wronged us makes us sad, its ourselves 😢 our own expectation, we are expecting things from the other person based on what we provide for them. We have to learn that our capacity to give will not be the same with another person. An ability to give is a gift, and to receive back is a blessing. Life is short always choose to be happier. Less expectation, less disappointment.
