Ingredients
Fields of gold pearl millet flour: 75gms
Fields of gold little millet flour: 75gms
Fields of gold foxtail millet flour: 75gms
Fields of gold whole wheat flour: 75gms
Fields of gold proso millet flour: 50gms
Fields of gold cold pressed groundnut oil: 50ml
Gluten: 15gms
Fresh yeast: 20gms
Sugar: 15gms
Salt: 3gms
White sesame seeds: 5gms
Black sesame seeds: 5gms
Poppy seeds: 5gms
Fields of gold flax seeds: 5gms
Water: to knead
For Dressing
Olive oil: 4 tbsp.
Balsamic vinegar: 1 tbsp.
Red Wine vinegar: 3 tbsp.
Fields of gold multi- flora honey:1 tbsp.
Dried oregano: 1/4tsp
Chilli flakes: 1/3 tsp
Garlic: 4-6 Cloves
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Method
Make a soft bread dough with all the ingredients and let it ferment for two hours.
Bake at 200*c

Ingredients For the mixed millet idli batter
Organic Foxtail Millet: ¼ Cup
Organic Little Millet: ¼ Cup
Organic Barnyard Millet: ¼ cup
Organic Kodo Millet: ¼ Cup
Organic Urad Dal White Whole: ½ Cup
Himalayan Pink Salt: ½ teaspoon
Method
Soak Millets and Dal Separately for a minimum of 4 hours, Rinse and grind together with 1 cup of water and let it ferment for 8 hours.
Add salt only after fermenting.
Prepare idlis in idli steamer, let it cook till they get the soft texture and then serve it hot with chutney or sambar.
