Yup
8686) I, like most transwomen, wish that I was born with the "correct parts" and could bare children. Maybe I wouldn't have to struggle with depression, anxiety, and a constant battle to stay sober. I also recognize I would not be the kind, gentle, and loving soul I am if I had not gone through all that pain. I would not be as open minded or as strong willed as I am today had I not gone through that Hell. I am thankful for my life experiences that have made me who I am today.

Yeeeeeesssssss
The “sex and gender are different” theory that cisgender people invented so they can grasp trans identity while still erasing it is toxic. It translates into “your gender may be ____ but biologically you are _____” which normalizes the concept that genitalia validates your gender. Its nothing less than bullshit.

8609) I'm almost constantly terrified these days. Because while I haven't began hrt yet like I want to, I'm only a couple months away from turning 27. Transgender people have an average life span of 30 years due to the violence directed towards us. And it feels like a lose/lose because either I transition and violence towards me from others is much more likely... or I don't transition and violence towards me from myself is much more likely.

Fat trans girls are important.
Tall trans girls are important.
Muscular trans girls are important.
Hairy trans girls are important.
Trans girls with square jaws, and broad shoulders are important.
Stop only supporting trans girls who you find “feminine” or “passable” lol.

Quote
"Society often blurs the lines between drag queens and trans women. This is highly problematic, because many people believe that, like drag queens, trans women go home, take off their wigs and chest plates, and walk around as men. Trans womanhood is not a performance or costume."

Transsexual elitists (40+)
Why is it when ever 40+, transsexual, SRS (another archaic term) and femininity are brought into discussion why am I and or others in their teens and 20s questioned as being mentally ill compared to them? I have come to the conclusion that anyone out of my age gap that is trans is actually just a fetish seeker it sounds stupid but I'm tired of femininity, surgery and having to be attracted to men as being a requirement to make my transness legitimate. Fucking AGP pieces of shit, you are the reason no one likes the trans community..

Ohhh yaaai!
6879) An acquaintance of mine actually said, "It would be easier for you to date as a gay man than as a transgender" (yeah, he actually used the word transgender like that)... and usually little misinformed comments don't get under my skin so much but that one did. To me that's implying I decided to transition for something as stupid for my sex/dating life and that couldn't be the furthest thing from true. I'd be single forever if it meant I'd be comfortable with myself.

Dear Cis People:
Do you seriously not spot ANY irony when you yell at me about how you supposedly do EVERYTHING you can to support me, but all I did to get yelled at is correct you when you misgendered Laura Jane Grace? I thought if you were supportive you would like to know when you do something hurtful.

I know the feels!
6372) Sometimes I wonder if my introverted behavior is worsened by the fact that I am terrified of people's judgement. Especially in groups. I never know how I am being read and that makes me paranoid.
