🧸Headcanon about childhood

I think Gareth is actually a runaway. He didn’t tell his mother where he was going, he just left. But the journey from Kirkwall to Camelot gives a kid a lot of time to think and Gareth started to make up unfortunate potential outcomes in his head. He went into the kitchens not to try and one-up the competition, but to avoid his brothers seeing him and reporting back to their mother. He’s out of touch and didn’t know how they would react, so his anxiety made a mountain out of a molehill. Beaumains time it is.

🔪Headcanon relating to fighting/violence

While Gareth could technically be considered a protege of Lancelot, he tends to overthink the situation, and initially struggles to reach his full potential as a fighter for this reason. He can’t turn his brain off and get in the zone as easily as Lancelot or Gawain. But when he does, he can’t lose.

Once the Isle kids get to Auradon, the crews amd gangs just live in those old appartment buildings together. They convert (at least) one of the flats into a common area.

“Thank you, Evie!” you shout. The crowd churns in front of you. You’re a little dizzy with it. Like being seasick on dry land, only it’s just the nerves churning up your stomach. “I’m proud to announce that there’s been a little change of plans!” 

“Mal, what?” Evie whispers. “There hasn’t been a change. We didn’t get anyone else authorized.”

You squeeze her hand.  “Trust me.” 

Evie’s mouth tightens down into a bold red line. “I do. With my life, M. You’re sure about this?” 

“As sure as I’ve ever been,” you whisper, and you wait for Evie’s nod before turning back to the crowd. “We couldn’t tell you before this, because we’ve been working on a surprise for everyone. Even the king.” 

The crowd jeers. Home sweet home. You can’t hold back the smile that bubbles up with the familiar sound of kids cackling. 

“Shut up, shut up, all of you! I’m trying to do something here! As I said, there’s been a change of plans. We’re still taking four of you with us, but we’re not taking just four of you. We’re taking all you brats who want to come over!” 

Evie’s gasp is quiet. Over the roar of the crowd, it’s practically nothing. An absence of sound. An inhale where there should be a shout. 

“We can’t.” 

You lean into her side, pressing your cheeks together as you smile for the camera, just a princess and her councilor, united together in front of absolute mayhem. “We can. We’ll get them off, Eves, and they’ll be safe. We can give them the world, just like you wanted.” 

“How are we going to do that?” 

You can’t kiss her, not yet. No matter how much you want to. You may not have all the details worked out just yet, but you’ve got a plan.

1)there’s students’ parents sitting in front low seat so this maybe the introduction of new principal Uma. And she chose to bring some of her crew up to the stage with herself and start her song like that’s the introduction and summery for them to know what’s gonna happen:Uma is the rule lol

2)so QoH and Cinderella are like, two powerful parents? Because they are in front low seats and their kids are the movies’ protagonists. And I don’t see QoH being attentive to her kids’ school event like new principal’s introduction so there should be a reason why she’s there. Maybe the event was also where Uma revealed that she invited a lot of kids all over places? So that’s how Red bat in the verse and hijack the song?

There were probably some medieval asexuals that were absolutely insufferable on their moral high horse about it. And some other local goodwife would get sick of this and go "well obviously you don't have time for cock, Maergaret, since you're always too fucking busy choking on your own vanity and pride!" and have a smackfight that progresses into a full-on two-woman brawl in the town square. People gather around to watch this until a clergyman shows up to remind everyone that not only is this kind of brawl between good christians definitely a sin, it's also a sin for everyone who's watching to place bets on who's going to win.
