#Vent.
I skipped my Depression pills almost every day. And I don't feel so good about that. I can see the changes in my mood very often. Skipping medication is bad for my mental health. This is the reason why I should be more alert about my medication routine. Maybe I should buy a small pills box. And that will be easier for me to put it in my handbag. I will never forget to set the alarm too. Past mistakes shouldn't be repeated.
