hi !!! as also an immigrant (and child of one) I cried my way through college but one thing I will say, try to drop the mindset that you'll be "behind" because it's not a race. I promise you, I work full time now, I have different age groups working with me, some with kids, some not. we're all on different paths and if we need/want to take extra time, that's all good! do what's best for your mental health because you don't want to be drained 💜
