Bulma's first appearance was in BirdlandPress just before the release of Chapter 1 of Dragon Ball, but Birdland Press Bulma (named Pinch) is in black and white so we don't know her hair color.

The lovely comments / reblogs mentioned the Urusei Yatsura Bulma Cameo (in the movie Remember My Love, at the end) as being her first appearance even before Dragon Ball started, and she has lavender/purple hair there. That is correct as it is her first animated appearance BUT it is not her first appearance as this look is based on a manga cover artwork (chapter 4, which came out in 1985).

So what's the correct answer? The first chapter of Dragon Ball published in issue 51 of Weekly Shonen Jump at the end of 1984 (December 3rd) is full color. Not limited colors, but full colors.

And Bulma's dress is orange and her hair is Teal/aquamarine.

So way back when in the yee olden days of 2010-2011, a wonderful game called Dragon Ball Online happened and introduced us to what happened to Trunks after he killed Imperfect Cell. At the same time, a card-arcade game called Dragon Ball Heroes also came out with the same principle. (the concept was then also taken by Xenoverse ^^)

Trunks broke a bunch of rules with his Time Machine and the Supreme Kai of Time decided to just abduct him and make him work for her, founding the Time Patrol (and fighting new enemies)

So yeah, meet "Xeno Trunks" (or Time Patrol Trunks) and the rest of the Xeno Gang! Trunks had quite a few change of clothes depending on the game/series/artist :)

Oh and these things exist within these OFFICIAL storylines btw:

Since the arcade game is a massive money maker... Heroes also exists as a promotional Anime (but it covers arc 2, 3, 4 and 5, not 1). The manga also exists (promotional as well). Both started around 2014-2015 (Toyotarou actually started with Heroes manga!!)

Highly recommend you read the manga since it works as a storyline :D.

Meteor Mission (they broke the combo with the exclamation points, sadly) - this one is currently ongoing.

Avatars and Victory Mission are about the "player character" in the arcade game (the avatars :p) and they're also about the kids playing the card game haha

Art is pretty meh buuuuut the concept is top tier.

The anime is all on youtube (it's a bunch of tiny episodes with some pretty bad animation, buuut it can be fun for the hype)

TLDR: It's actually Kingdom Hearts on steroids, and integrates a ton of "what ifs" and time hoping and meeting movie villains and creating a bunch of fusions and it's amazing and pure unadulterated hype/fun with no strings.

Future Trunks' Appearances

Future Trunks to me is one of the hottest male characters in DBZ! Also he has been shown to have long and short hair. So I wanted to do my own personal ranking of Trunks' outfits (excluding his looks in the History of Trunks special).

Number 5: Short hair, battle armor

This has to be Trunks' worst look. It's not ugly but it just looks a bit ridiculous to me. He looks a bit dorky, to be honest like he's playing dress up. Especially since he looks so boyish.

Number 4: Long hair, battle armor

I think Trunks looks way better in his armour when he has longer hair. All those shots in the Cell games where Trunks' hair is waving in the wind are so gorgeous. Made him look pretty. Maybe the longer hair complements his muscles better by not making his head seem so small. I love this look but I hate how Trunks is so freakishly huge for a good part of his time wearing it. The armour does not really feel like Trunks either. I think his Earthling clothes fit him better.

Number 3: Long hair, casual clothes (Pre cell games)

I had to add this because Trunks just looks so cute in this simple outfit. His face is these shots is super soft, making him look a bit innocent. Love it!

Number 2: Long jacket sleeves (Cell saga, Broly movie)

I can't decide between long hair and short hair Trunks for this look. Sometimes the animation makes short hair Trunks look a bit dorky though. But this is Future Trunks' iconic look. No one else can pull off this fashion disaster (coming from someone who knows squat about clothes lol).

Number 1: Long hair, short jacket sleeves (Bojack movie)

Just look at him!!! Talk about leaving the franchise in style! The dude's muscles are so huge at this point that Trunks ditches sleeves altogether. Gosh he's hot :''). From what I have seen, many people agree this is Trunks' best look.

Toriyama, about Sandland (the video game)

I haven't watched through all of the gameplay yet. However, it greatly expands the worldview of the original manga with many new exciting elements. It is high-quality as a stand alone game and I can tell it is a highly satisfying action-RPG game! First of all, the graphics have an excellent balance of the atmosphere of the manga and its drawing style. The representation looks great. The game will surely provide you an exciting experience with a genuine sense of design and attention to detail, from the many new vehicle designs, various customizations, as well as the background design! In the game, there is not only the world of SAND LAND, but also a new world called FOREST LAND with new characters, which were not in the manga. You can enjoy a more substantial story, and a vast map to adventure while playing as the Fiend Prince. I myself can only play casual games, but I do check out the trending games my family plays, and I think I know a little something about them even for an old man. I seriously recommend the game "SAND LAND"!
