Age: 22/23 Birthplace: Osaka, Japan  Length of training period? 3 years and 7 months What’s difficult about idol life? Lack of privacy. Being constantly busy with very little breaks between promotions and schedules. Sleep deprivation. Lack of certain freedoms and being able to do things that a normal twenty something would due.  What is something you’re filled with? Happiness. Positively.  Confidence.  Aeygo.  What’s your charm point? My ability to always see things, even negative ones, in a positive light. I can easily pick up on moods and relate to others, so easy to talk to and ability to relate. Plus my natural talent for aeygo.  What do you like to do on your free time? Sleep. Watch horror movies. Shop. Hang out with family, friends and members.  Strengths and Weakness: I think my charming points are the same as my strengths? Apart from that I’ve been told that I have really nice handwriting, does that count as a strength? I think so. Other than that I think I’m a good listener and I’m always doing my best to pick up the mood and cheer others up. As for weaknesses... Obviously how clumsy I am can be seen as a weakness, though I think it’s kind of endearing? Even though I’m always embarrassed whenever I do something clumsy or silly, I think it makes me relatable in a sense; so I’m okay with that. Other than that I can sometimes be forgetful, though I have been trying to be better about it.  Average hours of sleep: 3 hours during promotions / schedules. 10 or more during free time.  Any Pets? None. Wait. Do members count?  Favorite group member? I love all of my members equally. We each have something in common and different relationships. We balance one another out and I don’t think TWICE would be the same without each and every one of them.  Favorite current food? It changes day by day. Today I’ve been craving sweets, mainly ice cream  Favorite current movie? Imagine Me & You - It was the last movie Minari and I watched together^^ Favorite current book? I don’t really read much, or at least as much as I would like. I love The Little Prince though!  Favorite current song? Today it’s Day6 - Days Gone By  The idol whose looks you envy the most? Can I say that I was really envious of Dahyun and her purple hair? It was so pretty and I had to stop myself from playing with it constantly!  If you were born again, would you want to be famous? I think so.... yes?  ‘If I make money, then I will make sure to give more to those in need.  ’ “My main goal is to be happy, and make others happy in return. “ “In ten years I see myself as an actress? Or possibly living a life with a family of my own. “ “Something I really want is to try new things and grow as a person and performer. “

Dear Akali aka Aella aka Wifey ,

   Truthfully, before we met and started talking I was very intimidated by you. I don’t really know what it was. Well, that’s a lie. I do. It’s because you carry yourself with such confidence and this aura that the entire world could come at you and it would mean nothing. You could take on anyone and everything and never be hurt by any of it. And believe it or not, that is insanely intimidating. Especially to a soul such as myself, one who is basically nervous by instinct. But over time I have come to find that we are opposites, yet opposites in the best possible ways. You are strong where I am weak and I am positive where you are negative. In whatever way we even each other out. We make up for one another's downfalls and weaknesses. At least that’s what you do for me, seeing as whenever we talk I always feel like I can somehow conquer the world with little to no fear of the consequences. Because of all of these things, my reluctance turned into friendship to adoration to love.  

   I know that sometimes you have trouble seeing the good in yourself, or the upside to the darker moments. That sometimes you devlove so much into yourself that you feel like there is no way out of the hole you’ve managed to fall into. But that is why I am here and will always be here. I will always see the good and positive in you; even during your darkest moments. I will always remind you that there is never only darkness at the end of the tunnel (even if horror movies would like to make us believe otherwise). And I will always be here to listen to any thoughts that you feel like sharing, so long as you know and understand that those feelings and thoughts will always remain in our safe space. So don’t ever hesitate to lay your weak moments on me, because I will always be here to return to you some of the strength that you have provided to me. To see the best in you even when you don’t see the best in yourself. And to remind you just how strong and amazing you are. I just hope that I am able to give you as much in return that you always unknowningly give to me.

Dear Daehyun,

     What to say? I feel like once this letter starts it might never come to an end. We both know that I have a penitence for rambling on and on, sometimes even repeating the very same thought five different ways and still somehow feeling like it’s been left unsaid or neglected. You don’t mind, though, do you? I surely hope not since I have the tendency to always do it whenever we’re talking, or when I am in fact writing you a letter. Wow does this sound like I’m talking to myself or what? Let’s move on from the awkwardness before I officially make this whole process seem like something far more complicated than it really is. Because, how can writing a letter to a dear friend be at all complicated? It can’t be, or shouldn’t be at the very least.   

     You know what’s strange? We haven’t known one another technically speaking that long, but sometimes I feel like we’ve been friends since forever? Perhaps it’s the way that we somehow instantly clicked and became friends. Or maybe it’s the fact that we have so many different nuances in common with one another that is the cause of it. Whatever the case, I am forever grateful to whoever I did right in a past life to deserve a friend such as yourself. Grateful and humbled that I’ve done something along the lines right enough to earn such amazing and unwavering friendship, even with my long list of downfalls and shortcomings. 

    While writing this I want to first and foremost thank you. I want to thank you for always being here as a pillar of strength, kindness, and uplifting positive vibes. More often than not I am the type to get so caught up within my own mind that I forget about all of the good things there are in life. The amazing, spectacular, and absolutely beautiful. But I know that with a friend like you around I won’t ever be able to stay stuck within my own mind for too long, as you will always come along and help pull me from whatever funk I have managed to put myself in; even if you don’t know that you’re doing it. So thank you Jung Daehyun for always bringing such happiness and beauty into my life. I hope over time that we can continue to grow closer and closer. And I hope that I can somehow bring all of the happiness and joy into your life that you have brought into mine.

     P.S. You are never allowed to disappear or vanish entirely. And if you do try you will find yourself with a Sana clinging for dear life to your leg. 

     P.S.S. You cannot possibly love me more! Because I love you the most! ❤ We can still always fight about this!!

     Hello, my beautiful little sunspot! I hope that you are doing well? I don’t think I have ever written you a letter before, but surprise! There are always firsts for everything, right? And what better to show my appreciation to you then by writing you a letter! 

     First and foremost, I want to thank you for always giving me the subtle push of motivation that I need. Especially when it comes to times of my hibernations and hiding away, as I tend to do often. Blaming my introvert way of being for that little issue. Well, my moments of introversion that mix in with my general extrovert way of being. –  Whatever the case, I know that you will always be excited to have me around and feel my presence in your life, no matter how far away that presence might be at times. I hope in the coming days that we can become more and more familiar with one another and create a lasting bond! And when I say that I truly mean it! I think you and I probably have more in common with one another than we have even yet to find out! Hopefully though with time and lots of patience on your end for all of my slowness, we can get there!

Truthfully, I think it mostly just plays into the whole boys are more tough and rugged mentality than anything. Since I don’t really behave any better than you or anything. Perhaps it’s actually my skill of pouting and putting on a good upset face whenever we were younger and getting into trouble? They still see me as that nine-year-old little girl and you’re the older one who should always know better. 

….. The worst part about what you said is that I can’t argue with it It would always be my fault. They’d blame my career or something and tell me that you’re more important than my career and I’d need to make it right. Why are you the favorite???

Making fun of them or talking about them, it’s all the same! You’re still mentioning them and your secret love affair no matter which way you try to spin it. Aish. That song was stuck in my head for a good week, and I fully blame you. I was walking around randomly telling people that I wasn’t Justin Bieber, resulting in odd looks and head shakes. I am interested to know what word you’re going to replace the b-word with since freaking won’t do in this circumstance.... You did hold it in, so props to you on that. 

Right, better safe than sorry. You did well. Plus I got a chance to listen to it again. I mentioned them because I was making fun of them! Come on, don’t do this to me. Weird as in Günther’s “I’m Not Justin Bieber” song? My all time favorite, in other words. I still wanna cover it. And you’re definitely right with that! Yes, very sure. Hey, at least I held it in!
