when im 99.9% confident something is true, i tend to qualify myself with words like "probably." when certain other people are 50.0001% confident something is true, they also insist on using words like "probably." which leads me to be seen as one of the latter types

if you were for whatever reason curious about whether theres an equivalent subculture of "alpha billionaire dark romance" type porn novels aimed at guys, /adhg/ content is basically that i think. by which i mean its mostly composed of prose works about physically imposing, occasionally sociopathic women being intensely forward with or often just sexually assaulting a male self-insert. (the women are also furries, because convergent evolution is rarely 1:1 i guess)

i like star of providence a lot but this is reminding me why i dont play games, this shit is life and death to me i get mad as fuckkkkkkkk. its tempting to ascribe this sort of weird touchy attitude to ppl who "only have viddy games in their life" but i think some people are just predisposed to being like that

hypnagogia is fun, i was just briefly convinced through insane hyperassociative reasoning that reading dostoyevsky books involves dragging a log of wood through a blizzard for 48 hours, and upon "remembering" this reflected that it s really a bit self important to expect your readers to go thru that

stp is also good because like any pseudosubversive storygame worth its salt it has a british man who tells you to follow the red arrow and when you follow the blue arrow he goes Wu wu wuh I can't believe you did that oh I am besides myself. it is also also good because it is very romantic :/
slay the princess' gimmick is pretty good as a fantasy concept but theres a grain of psychological truth to it which really pulls it together. when your suspicion of someone is validated it can be hard to tell if their betrayal of your good hopes would have come about if it werent for your suspicion of them. people act differently when they know youre not on their side
