I absolutely adore this, nobody realizing they've been walking over Ash Legion HQ for ages, just how they like it.
Found this on Google but this is how I imagine the Ash Legion homeland's cities look
A vast underground city with many paths and tunnels leading to many places, the ash legion homelands is secret to all who are not ash and are fiercely protected. This is not the only city as there are many like it, but it is the oldest and largest by far
I feel like there are a lot of decoy towns and outposts
Hi folks! You might remember that I made a google drive full of references for the elder dragons. Well, good news! I just updated it. The drive now includes Vlast, Glint, Kuunavang and all the concept art for the elder dragons.
It is only now I'm finding out that the Crown Pavilion wasn't always there in Divinity's Reach, there was just a massive hole called The Great Collapse. Crown Pavilion was built over it in 1326 AE.
I kinda wanted to go with something darker, Haethaam was on an scouting mission with his friends of the Pact, after gotten direct orders from the Commander to scout ahead for Destiny's Edge, when he gave in and answered the call. He killed his friends and after he snapped out of it he was never the same. Both living in isolation from lack of acceptance of the sylvari and his own guilt, it's this that serves as the turning point that compels him to take up his Wyld Hunt again, after previously being Soundless to drown it out.
I love Verdant Brink for it's cliffsides and deep jungle that's just a massive graveyard for the disaster, it really gripped me in HoT and set the tone for how serious this all was.
Anyway, all that's to say I think Haethaam staring out at the burning wreckage of the ship they were reconning before he killed his friends would make for a cool screenshot, remind me to redownload Reshade though...
