just a preview of a build I'll be posting up on my twitter as it progresses. It's for Sims 4 University! I figured instead of just a dorm, I would use up the space to create a "do not need to travel" dorm. It has an apartment styled dorm room inside that can house up to 8 sims if you wanted to. There is a laundry facility, a gym, a reading library / nook, a thrift & bubble tea back alley cafe, a bake sale station and etc. There's a lot going on, and I'm having fun being creative with it.
