Today myself and some work mates started The Push Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health. We will be completing 3,046 push ups in three weeks that represent the number of lives lost in Australia due to mental health issues last year. This was my last 20push ups for the day out of 100! It was a struggle. But nothing compared to the struggle some people face everyday due to mental health. Physical exercise has always been my go to when struggling. So I’m pushing for better. Well 2019 is nearly done and dusted. What a year it has been. This year I concentrated on It’s not happening to me, It’s happening for me. I moved to Sydney, started a new career, made some new life long friends. Trained harder than I ever have before after ACL Reco. Ellouise was away for 6months and that tested me, with all the changes I had going on. I had little set backs, that made me more determined then ever. We went to Europe together, made some of the best memories, I asked the Woman of my Dreams to spend the rest of our lives together. And she said YES. 2019 was one of the best years I have had. Love and Appreciate everyone that has been involved in my 2019. Yeah some shit went down but I’m still kicking and can not wait for 2020.
