UDM - Is something I created one night after realizing when I asked team members to do something, I honestly had no idea how they were processing the information. How were they making their decisions? Can we all go through the decision making process the same was my basic question. Getting started | so you have an idea
Many people have ideas every second of everyday. I have had many ideas over the years. I am now 31 and have failed and been successful at many things. My journey now however is pursuing a desire I have had for sometime. I absolutely love working with businesses. I like the idea of creating, doing, and achieve one goal after another. I am also very competitive. I like to win, don't we all. Funny how we all like to win but only a few actually win. We can get to that later.
Your idea is worthless in your head. It is still worthless is all you are doing is endless planning. Still worthless if you have a ton of spreadsheets and projections. Still worthless if you are sitting down thinking about it.
I have been told most of my life by so many people that I am very smart. I even prided myself about living in my head and being very analytical. Taking an idea to success doesn't take a genius. It takes a doer. You have to do to add value. Cause and effect. Fail, make a mistake, and win. People need to stop glamorizing entrepreneurs. This is the hardest thing you will ever have to do. It is the hardest thing I have ever done. That's just it though isn't it, we have to do to succeed. Do, delegate, or pass on. Take action.
