7 dead and at least 50 wounded in London terror attack
Tumblr media
police and emergency crews investigating at the scene of the attack
Theresa May, British Prime Minister, claims there is too much tolerance towards Islamic extremists in the UK. She vows to battle extremists “We cannot and must not pretend that things can continue as they are,” she said. “Enough is enough.”
A large area of London bridge has been cordoned off as police continue intense investigation. They have also carried out raids in Barking, east London, arresting 12. May says that British police have disrupted five “credible” terror plans since the Westminster attack back in March.
British counter-terrorism strategies need to be reinforced and reviewed said May. Furthermore, she insisted, the internet must no longer remain a “safe space” for extremists of any kind.
“Since the emergence of the threat from Islamist-inspired terrorism, our country has made significant progress in disrupting plots and protecting the public. But it is time to say `Enough is enough’.”

Statistics and economical effects are given by the UNHCR analysis programmes.
THE DIRECT IMPACT OF REFUGEES ON THE EXPENDITURE OF AN ECONOMY
Regarding the impact on the public finances,  OECD countries have responded to the increase on the amount of refugees by scaling up public spending to process asylum applications. Moreover, additional funding has also been made available at the European Union and at national levels to support countries of origin and transit. In the short run the additional public spending may act as a demand stimulus. The latest edition of the OECD Economic Outlook (OECD, 2015a) estimates that in 2016 and 2017, the additional spending to provide support on refugees could boost aggregate demand in the European economy by about 0.1-0.2% of GDP.
Reports have shown that the cost of aiding asylum seekers varies significantly between countries and according to housing conditions. It can go from about €10 for single adults to more than €300 for those without accommodation. Typically, the total cost for processing and accommodating asylum seekers can be in the range of €8 000 and €12 0000 per application for the first year.
Additional support is needed as soon as possible to assist recognised refugees to integrate into the labour market and society. Such investments will have a positive payoff if they help new arrivals enter employment and start to contribute to the welfare system.

Nixon Impeached!
La Habana, Cuba. 1973. 15 Years since the Glorious Revolution.
Following a thorough investigation, the Watergate Investigative Senate Committee have voted unanimously to declare President Nixon Guilty of charges.
Tumblr media
A ttorney General and Florida Representative, discussing the possible charges.
After days of hard work, the committee was able to gather enough evidence to be able to make a decision regarding President Nixon’s guilt. After some hard-felt declarations from the President, the committee was instructed to give its final verdict in front of President Nixon. The committee did not hesitate, however, and finally declared President Nixon guilty of all charges, some of these charges included defamation, abuse of power, lying under oath and acts of corruption for burglary and treason.
Although impeached means immediate removal from office in most countries if declared guilty, in a display of failed American legislature; President Nixon was able to leave the Senate room and resume his function. The committee director said: “Impeachment does not mean removal from office, it simply means that the official has been found guilty. Removing the official from office is a whole different process”.
This means that an officially corrupt and abusive Preside is still in power in the United States of America. One can only wonder what terrible acts it may take against its citizens and the people in charge of his trial. Things may go as far as having all the members of the Investigative Committee endangered, as well as the congressmen in charge of Nixon’s removal. Time will only tell whether the United States of America is destroyed by its own legislature, or if they are able to endure; and continue with their evil model, spreading disease and suffering throughout the world.

UPDATE: DISEC

Britain’s Role in Kosovo
The manner in which nations cooperate with those that are in crisis, the approach, can be crucially significant to determining governance and institutions in those nations. The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Kosovo have, for nearly two decades, had extensive interaction because of the Yugoslav War. The United Kingdom works with Kosovo in areas such the rule of law, human rights, economic development, security, regional cooperation and securing increased recognition of Kosovo by the international community. The present-day UK foreign policy towards Kosovo intertwines a whole array of relations between people in different areas and aspects such as aid, trade, military contributions and diplomacy as well as multilateral policy. The United Kingdom’s overall goal is to assist the accomplishment of a unwavering and thriving Kosovo with a clear take of European integration, at the same time reducing the potential of conflict in the region, beating organised crime and corruption, and reducing threats to Britain’s national security. The Guardian spoke to the representative from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation about the Role in Kosovo. The following is an excerpt of the dialogue.
The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
What is your general stance in regards to the Role in Kosovo?
“Well, we have always been and we will always be a strong ally of Kosovo, being one of the first countries that recognised its independence and supported it in order for them to be acknowledged.”
There are two main blocs working in favour of a resolution regarding the Role in Kosovo. What are the main points that difference this Working Paper from the other bloc’s?
“We support Kosovo. Spain does not recognize the independence of Kosovo, and having them working with the other bloc just shows the difference in perspectives. Our whole bloc completely supports and acknowledges the independence of Kosovo. Our main focus would be education, we’re focusing in curricula and awareness; I believe they are actually focusing more on training and developing the children.”
Do you believe that the actions you are proposing as a committee are viable considering the fact that you are representing the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation?
“We have studied all the solutions that have been implemented before and we are not doing something completely new to our committee, we are proposing solutions that have not been implemented yet and reinforcing measured that need to be reinforced in order to better the situation in Kosovo.”
Do you think that taking a step forward for Kosovo will affect the United Kingdom in a positive way?
“Yes. There are many Kosovo refugees currently living in the United Kingdom, and taking a step forward for their country would only show them our support and serve as an example of the attitude that our country has with the International Community.”
