btw if it ever feels like I hopped out of a conversation on purpose, I would never do that ever! I literally feel compelled to stay in conversations to their conclusion because I'm bad at saying no.
If I seemingly abandon a conversation, I:
may have gotten distracted and forgot to reply
may have fallen asleep (what is a sleep schedule?)
may have looked at the message and forgotten to reply
may have been unsure of what to say and while thinking of a response forgot to reply
Sorry for being so cool and attractive and simultaneously being difficult to interact with I can't change the way I am
Hot take but I’m kind of tired of this attitude that “non-sexualized female character = feminist writing”
There are very sexy/sexualized female characters that are complex and well written and there are non-sexualized female characters that are written TERRIBLY.
A female character’s physical appearance and sexuality shouldn’t determine the quality of her character.
furries are at least 2.25x more likely to have been diagnosed with a form of autism, are on average 50-100% more likely to have experienced bullying unrelated to being a furry growing up than their peers, only 10% identify as heterosexual, and 50% of furries are found to experience some form of disability
i'm just really tired of seeing people in 2023 still acting like there's no possible connection to be made with seeing furries as disgusting sex perverts who deserve to be ostracized and bullied or made fun of when 9 out of 10 of us are queer
everytime dungeon meshi focuses on characters outside of the touden party you can really feel the looming horror of the dungeon,, only the touden party is having a silly fun time by virtue of eating the horrors
I...tried to make a meme and got carried away and made A Thing that is like partially unfinished because i spent like 3 hours on it and then got tired.
I think this is mostly scientifically accurate but truth be told, there seems to be relatively little research on succession in regards to lawns specifically (as opposed to like, pastures). I am not exaggerating how bad they are for biodiversity though—recent research has referred to them as "ecological deserts."
coworkers under 35 love me for my cowboy bebop jacket, coworkers over 35 love me for my cd player, management loves me for my mental illness-fueled punctuality. everyone feels vaguely wary of me for my overall poor impression of acting like a human
