Mel Street - I’ve Found Someone of My Own (1972)
L.A. soul group the Free Movement had the hit with song in 1971, but I much prefer Mel Street’s county soul version from his first LP. Mel, born King Malachi Street, had a number of country hits but tragically killed himself in 1978.

Joe South - Hole In Your Soul (1969)
Wild, psychedelic soul - it really sounds like they were having fun with the vocals.

From our vantage point in the Milky Way Galaxy, we see NGC 1232 face-on. Nearly 200,000 light-years across, the big, beautiful spiral galaxy is located some 47 million light-years away in the flowing southern constellation of Eridanus.

Moody Blues: Late Lament
Breathe deep the gathering gloom
Watch lights fade from every room
Bedsitter people look back and lament
Another day's useless energy is spent
Impassioned lovers wrestle as one;
Lonely man cries for love and has none
New mother picks up and suckles her son
Senior citizens wish they were young
Cold-hearted orb that rules the night
Removes the colours from our sight
Red is grey is yellow white
But we decide which is right
And which is an illusion.
