I know I'm always irrationally anxious about trans stuff but ah I thought about just getting a room from an agency but if you do, you don't know your flatmates and I don't like pass, and like ik as a trans man nobody's gonna try to physically harm me, but like it would be unpleasant if the other people were transphobic. but it's really hard to find a flat and like only a couple flats on spareroom are marked lgbt friendly and agencies don't tell you anything about the other tenants
