It is genuinely HILARIOUS how much blue yarn I need to get rid of.

There are like three or four different shades of blue in this. I do not need to buy more yarn for it. The only thing I might need is gold embroidery floss for the various trims and his bracelet, and that’s more for aesthetic preference than need. (I think doing the bracelet in PROPER gold would look cool, and Bro’s well due for an amigurumi as fancy as Ahiru is.)

So the games list for Summer Games Done Quick released yesterday, and it included in itself several of my brother’s all-time favorite games.

Me, starting to plan out my prize submissions: So if I make an Ephraim doll for Sacred Stones, do I have to make two?

Incidentally, the dialogue for Memories had glitched and pinged early when I first got the third prompt in Venti’s room, but only for about half the villagers, the other half had “winter is coming” dialogue.

“I thought reverse confessions were a thing because my NA Launch copy’s so glitchy” continues to seem entirely possible. (Though I am still hoping the game pings one again so I can confirm it.)

You know, since I haven’t played as much of 4 Special compared to 3DS with its capricious RNG, I’d never managed to unlock the Memories event.

Until tonight, anyway.

I’m not looking forward to Rune Prana (I’m level 123 right now, with equipment that’s good for the end of Arc Two but only around Level 50 for weapons and accessories,) but I’m sure as hell going to get it done one way or another.

What’s there to say about the Anthy Himemiya Is A Total Weirdo Who… sequence? It’s beautiful. It’s perfect.

I’m pretty sure I’ve talked about the mongoose before and how it’s foreshadowing of Nanami’s attempts to bully Anthy being completely outclassed by Anthy’s ability to fuck with Nanami back, but it also strikes me this time that Anthy reflects to herself at the end, maybe she should have made takoyaki instead of shaved ice.

Using the octopus Nanami brought, presumably.

Realized I was ONE heart away from levelling up my Buddy Pokemon and pulled up Pokemon Go to get the following assortment:

- Exeggcute

- Gulpin

- Gastly

- Sandshrew

- Voltorb, as my daily spawn.

To be clear, there is no event going on right now to favor round Pokemon specifically. The game just decided I should get a bunch of round little dudes.

Was Amber developing dissociative identity something you'd had planned for a while, or was it something that just started happening and you decided you wanted to lean fully into it?

It's something I eventually decided to lean into. Honestly, when I first started Dumbing of Age, in execution Amber was just going to be this fun superhero sometimes. Amber and Amazi-Girl only got separate tags to begin with because Amazi-Girl's civilian identity was supposed to be a "surprise"! And then dads happen, I guess. Dads happen retroactively.
