Why is it that I keep having overly emotional and irrational responses to videos I encounter on Instagram or on here or whatever that talk about getting married and raising kids and especially if it’s about being in your 30s and finding someone or still being single etc etc

I feel like I’m running out of time, my life is going nowhere and I don’t really have friends (due to myself I suppose, not really knowing how to reach out or how to maintain irl friendships and also not being comfortable with vulnerability and constantly being wary around ppls and stuff especially men. Which makes me feel a little guilty because I know that a lot of men don’t deserve this but also my few unpleasant experiences with men has colored my perspective and feelings towards men as a whole lol) and knowing that I need to do something to change things in my life but I’m just frozen all the damn time because I don’t actually like change— I’m probably afraid of change lol but also I’m lowkey miserable where I am right now and also my energy is so damn low all the time honestly and I can’t remember the last time I’ve ever been genuinely motivated about anything in my life. And also the constant feeling of being an outsider / never belonging anywhere I go idk
