Day 3 of the 21 day jumpstart program done, and it kicked my behind I don't think I'll get to do my hour walk today I started late and it's too hot here in Louisiana to walk this late. I may get it in as the sun goes down, we will see. Now it's time for breakfast.

I made it to 1 pm now it's lunch time. Today I'm having sauteed mini Bell peppers and spinach topped with an egg and a slice of Dave's killer bread for a total of 208 cals.

Made it to 10:30 am 😄. I also took an hour long walk to get my steps in. Picture of my breakfast 200 cal total, which I better get to because my oldest is eating it. 😂

Just finished day 2 of the 21 day jumpstart program (I am using the 5 day calendar 📆) with a little core basics and 30 days stretch mixed in. If you are not familiar with it I'm using Moms into fitness for my exercise and noom for nutrition guidance and psychtricks. And here is my early morning workout buddy (more like obstacle lol). I am also doing intermittent fasting so no food for me for another 2 and a half hours. Hopefully I make it 🤞. Luckily workout outs kill my appetite.

A little about myself I'm a 38 year old SAHM to 3. I've been married 17 years. I suffer from major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety and am autistic. And I've been struggling with my weight most of my life. I am currently 216.9lbs and I'm fed up I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. I am going to get healthy for myself and for my family. I'm not going to have a heart attack in my 40's like my mom did. I'm going to be different I'm going to do better I'm going to do it one day at a time I'm going to be a mom into fitness! For accountability I'm posting before pictures.

I have tried and failed many times to get fit but I feel like this time is different 🤞. Start weight 216.9 pounds goal weight 140 pounds. For accountability, for all to see, here are my starting photos. I will be posting monthly updates with weight and photos.
