What bothers me most is ππππ‘ππ£π the fat.
I can avoid mirrors
I can avoid my reflection when I walk by a car window
I canβt avoid ππππ‘ππ£π my thighs jiggle when I jump or walk
I canβt avoid ππππ‘ππ£π my arms jiggle everytime I simply move
ππππ‘ππ£π the fat makes it so much more real.
ππππ‘ππ£π the fat is what makes it so disgusting and unbearable.

πΈ little ana tips & habits/routine πΈ
first let me start by saying that in no way what i do is healthy.i know itβs not and i still choose to do it,because itβs helping me achieve my goals and itβs helping me stay motivated and inspired.if you have a βhealthierβ way to keep yourself motivated and see result go for it and be awesome,okay.π
π here are some of my tips & routines that i do daily π
β’ i try to wake up by 10:30 every day.i know it might not seem that early,but i work at night so itβs the earliest that i can manage.
β’ COFFEE,COFFEE,COFFEE.βοΈcoffee keeps me going through the day and i love the taste of it.i usually have it with soy milk and sweetener so itβs really low on calories too.
β’ i ALWAYS keep busy.i will clean my bedroom,sort my books or wardrobe,clean the bathroom or hoover around the house.good environment is really important for weight loss + it burns some calories too.
β’ if i get too hungry i will eat a salad with 0 calories dressing,some fruit or a low calorie soup.its yummy and filling and all those vitamins are good for you.ππ₯
β’ take good care of yourself.you are so precious and you need to acknowledge that.πΉenjoy a nice bath,brush your teeth as often as possible,wash your face & moisturise your body.treat yourself to a new top or a cute dress,think about how good you will look in them once you are at your GW.or buy a new book and get lost in it.π
β’ exercise.burn some of that fat.be proud of yourself.πͺπ½
β’ DRINK ALL THE WATER. π¦i canβt stress this enough.hydration is so important,not only for your weight loss,but for your skin and whole body too.drink a glass of nice cold water rn!
β’ green tea.white tea.black tea.fruit tea.all the loveliest tea of the world are here for you.enjoy them on a cold day,cuddled up with a good book and think positive thoughts.πΈπ»
β’ take vitamins.if you are not eating enough your body will get weak in time and you will feel like shit so vitamins are a must.
β’ try to get enough sleep.at least 7 hours are needed every night.π
β’ i have lost 50 lbs since September.and i have fucked up a lot,okay.so its not a big deal if you eat a cupcake or 10 lol as long as you keep going.believe in yourself,sweetie.π

went to the bts concert yesterday and
β’ my friend who hasnt seen me for two months immediately noticed that i lost weight
β’ i let a girl borrow my hoodie and she told me it might not fit bc i was tiny
β’ a random girl told me that i was really pretty
β’ i had to clip the waist of my pants bc as i was walking the pants were falling
i cant believe how much progress i made in 40 days. when i looked at myself in the mirror i cant see any noticeable changes and its nice to see that my hard work paid off. now i know that i have the self control to reach my ugw!!!
