In Bihar as Lalu’s top bureaucrat, he has allegedly acquired a huge amount of wealth that cannot be justified with his income.[4] Further, he is involved in several corruption and bribery activities over the years. A complaint has also been filed with CBI regarding his involvement in favouring commodities brokers and taking bribes from them through his daughter’s legal firm as consultancy fees.
