Exactly two weeks into my meds and I'm even more forgetful than usual, I basically have no will to do anything, constant nausea, and bad vibes, and my issues which are the reason I was even given these pills are not much less so not having a good time

And I'm soooo tiiireedddd aalll the tiiime...

I will see when exactly three weeks have passed but I'm not having good feelings about all of this

i watched one (1) video on how to draw hands that changed my life forever. like. i can suddenly draw hands again

these were all drawn without reference btw. i can just. Understand Hands now (for the most part, im sure theres definitely inaccuracies). im a little baffled

I entered two paintings into the Ori discord's October art contest (the theme was "enemies"); I had a great time with them and honestly they helped me continue to solidify my watercolor process (each one featured a slightly different way of painting)

The first is inkwash, watercolor, and colored pencil (roughly 9x12")

The second is watercolor, colored pencil, and digital color edits (roughly 6x20")

The second painting--the boss rush one--ended up being one part 'enemies' and one part tribute to the games as a whole and the sense of determination throughout. I'm not exaggerating when I say the Ori games got me through some weird times in life. They're a comforting sense of constancy.

Day three of trying out my meds the first time and I'm SUFFERING

I've had brain fog for a while but this is a whole new level. At least the nausea don't last as long as my other pills so there's that. But could we skip this period please I have to work and I cannot focus

Here's a painting I made for the ImagineFX art challenge "Mystical Meets Machines".

The theme was too intriguing to pass by - especially after I got the idea of some unicorns grazing by the remnants of an ancient, mechanical dragon. Someone in the past were keen on acquiring the great powers of a dragon for themselves, leading to a bitter end. Now it has rested peacefully for centuries, becoming part of the landscape.

Lots of fun painting this one, especially all that moss!
