Yeah this video is really strange—IMO he is the first Beard that hasn’t taken her feelings and the situation into account. All of the others, even CH, was very careful with touching her. TK manhandles her because IMO he truly believes it’s his right as a football playing red blooded American man. The Manuscript

I had this long post about The Manuscript but Tumblr ate it 😩 I don’t have the energy to write everything down again but I‘ll try to remember the most important points.

I‘ve seen theories that The Manuscript is about ATW the short film and I agree that‘s the obvious choice. But Taylor wrote in her instagram caption that everything is a metaphor and I don’t think she just meant the Fortnight video.

In my mind The Manuscript is about Taylor’s life and how it was scripted for her from a very young age. Meeting Scott Borchetta, Taylor Swift TM, the beards, the heartbreak… it‘s all in there. Now the manuscript is done and she‘s ready to leave it behind. It‘s part of her story but it‘s not part of her future. Her future is hers to write. I think this ties in with „meet me at midnight“ and her next album being TS12.

(I haven’t been on here much so I have no idea if this has already been talked about.)
