"The negotiations with Sunagakure are still on going, there is no room for resting as for me now." He just wanted to spend some time with his family, Naruto was still young and Minato chased any second he could spend with him. 

"Iruka, I'm leaving Naruto on your capable hands." That came out of the blue, nonetheless, he have thought about this long time ago and now it was the perfect moment share his ideas the him. "—I'll probably go to Sunagakure as a diplomacy trip and bureaucracy." 

"…maybe just one, then," he murmured, sighing. "One day— it’s the weekend tomorrow, so I’d get three days to rest… maybe I’ll take it, then, if you say so. Ah, but— you should consider taking some time off, too. Even Hokages get vacation days, you know!"

"Kushina owns a strong Chakra, she rarely gets sick and as for me, well, I wouldn't mind, I kind of need some days off and a flu would be a perfect excuse." 

Actually, he really needed that little break. Sometimes the Hokage title was way heavier than he could have ever thought.

"—You should take one too, It is not good at all to force yourself upon tasks that deplete your health, plus, as you said you're the only one who can do them so you need to be at your prime for that."

"Oh, it’s— it’s just a flu, I think. I hope I don’t make you sick, too. Lady Kushina would have my head for it, I’m sure." He laughed, and took another bite of his dango. "Ah… I suppose I should admit that I really don’t feel well, but— but I don’t want to take time off just yet. There’s so many things to do, and I don’t think anyone else could do them as quickly as I could, and the deadlines are approaching…"

Minato payed the bill, not really expensive for what he was expecting, and then gazed at Iruka "Now, mind telling me what happened?" Maybe he could help the boy, now a grown up man. "I'd love to help." 

It was a few minutes later that he was happily satisfied with a dango stick in his mouth, previous illness pushed aside. “Thank you,” he said, smiling. “Made me feel a lot better, really.”
