Inspration-Un chien andalou (1929)
This film Taking the lead in using the editing techniques of symbolism, omission and impressionism, the whole film looks like a pure dream. The famous film historian George Sadur believes that this film is a portrayal of blindly rebellious young intellectuals. The true emotions expressed by this weak and angry voice give this film an atmosphere of human tragedy. Through several famous images in the film, such as a sharp razor that cuts open the eyeball and a head hanging under a giant clock, it is not difficult for people to feel the depression and depression of the era expressed in the film.

Final proposal
For my work, I will use two technique, the first one is stop motion, and the second one is Rotoscoping. I did not choose to use film because I did not receive the materials, and it is difficult to gather all the things that need to be used. I think the pictures that are interspersed with reality and animation can give people a more weird atmosphere. For Background music I decided not to use the original sound, but to choose music that matches the protagonist’s personality

Inspiration-Themroc (1973)
The honest bottom-level worker, Jemlock, lost his job because he met his boss and secretary. He went back to the bedroom at home, smashed a big hole in the wall, threw everything from the house outside, and sealed the bedroom with cement. Door. They laughed, howled and danced, venting themselves hysterically. In the end, the residents of the community couldn't stand it, and became lunatics with Jemlock. . In the face of the surging animal nature, the ethics we are proud of turned out to be so weak. The actors used animal-like neurotic performances to show the victory of primitive desire over human civilization. This way of showing violence is very suitable for me to show the protagonist’s form of violence.

Inspiration-Happy End Stastny konec (1967)
The power of  this film is that it was shot in reverse, he original film was a story of a person from birth to crime and death penalty, but what the audience saw was that he stood up from the death penalty frame, walked backwards, said the next sentence before speaking, and ate more food. The director succeeded in telling the rewind video into a completely different story, making it a tragedy when viewed directly, and a comedy when viewed in reverse. From death to life, happy ending. This gave me an inspiration to switch from the protagonist’s old-age form to a child form.

Final Project Proposal
The idea of my work is about a men with multiple personality disorder. I plan to photograph the three different personalities of this man. The first one is his child’s personality,so he will be very cute and innocent. The second one is his perverted personality, he might  behaves very strangely and eat raw meat. The third is his feminine personality, he will wear a skirt and do make up. There is a movie inspired my idea,It is Meshes of the Afternoon by  Maya Deren, it talks about a woman’s multiple dreams in the afternoon, reflecting the female’s sexual psychology and living conditions. I really like her editing techniques and  Shooting style,Such as quick editing, deliberate loss of focus, collage juxtaposition, and even painting and scratching on the film. For my work, I will use two technique, the first one is stop motion, and the second one is subtractive techniques, wich is scratching. For the sound I will just keep the normal soundtrack. I want to invited my friend to perform this character. It might takes two days to prepare all the stuff, and three days to Finish all shooting.

LightCone-LE CANARD A L'ORANGE by  Patrick BOKANOWSKI
2002 / 35mm / color / sound / 1S / 8' 30
This story is about a housewife who’s doing her job. But the reluctant bird tries to escape from her but the woman manages to recaptures it and plucks it savagely. Once the duck is put in the oven, an alligator unexpectedly appears in the kitchen.
I really like the style of the movie,  Patrick BOKANOWSKI made the curve and turns it overall look more funny. Also the music and the frames are really matching. The color is all warm styles, so after watch this movie the mood was cured.
