After that I then joined a street dance group (I was awful at it and didn t enjoy it) though I carried on until now. (I m 14) Now I have quit that group and want to join a team that does competition dance. I asked my mum last week if I could join the team and she said yes, though yesterday she said I can t do it 1. Because it s SO expensive (£100 a month) 2. For the competitions you have to travel around 2 hours (which would be once a month January - July) 3. It takes up a lot of time, but when I would be starting it I would be moving up to year 10 and my mum wants me to focus on GCSEs This makes me really upset, I really want to do the dance group! Any tips/advice to maybe help change my mums mind? He s been at the academy longer than me however we ve known each other for about 2 years and this is our first time dancing together, especially in such a big production like Romeo and Juliet. However we have both heard criticisms from our teacher that we need to work more on our on stage chemistry. So last week I invited him to the studio so we could practise one of the scenes and the kiss. Everything was going well until he suggested we practise one last time and the next thing I know is that he s kissing me harder than before and he starts moving down neck and trying to touch me and I was crying and trying to push him off and he kept saying "you re my partner love, this is what you re suppose to do" and "it s going to help us with our chemistry". I finally was able to push him off me and I ran to the locker room and cried. I have such mixed emotions, I don t know what to do. Part of me feels like it s my fault because I m the one who invited him to practise and was so bothered by us nothing enough "chemistry". My partner is really popular around the academy and when I found out that we were going to be partners and be dancing the two leads, lots of girls from the academy told me how lucky I was and "what a wonderful dancer he is" and "how attractive he is". I don t know what to do.

I don't like her whole "Muggles are too stupid, and worried about what other's think of them to be curious" thing. I find it insulting, pessimistic, and reminds me of the way useless academics tend to think about people. I don't like the way she depicts the upper class, and old money families, depicted by the Malfoys. The narrative is very divisive. When Harry meets Draco, the boy is fairly polite to him. The first thing that happens is theat Ron makes fun of Draco's name, then Draco returns the insult. Harry dislikes him, because Ron tells him to…and because Harry doesn't like what Draco looks like, meaning he looks wealthy. I don't want my kid to think that is an OK way to act. The thing I dislike the most however, is the underlying suggestion that people can be evil because of their political views. And more to the point, anyone who doesn't think that everyone is entitled to everything is evil. Like a group of wizards that don't want a bunch of Muggles to immigrate into the world they built, and need to keep safe…I may be over-thinking it, and I doubt a ten year old cares about any of that, still; she isn't really that interested in reading the books, and I would rather she read something else. My sister really wants to get my daughter reading them, and asks about them constantly. Should I just chuck them into the dumpster? I don't think she is old enough to be exposed to "bad" material. I think she is still innocent enough not to read critically. So, not a chance. And I don't think it is simple fiction. Not when it is written by an angry socialist. And she is not old enough to decide for herself. I am much more worried that she will grow up brainwashed now, then if she will be boycrazy in four years. It's about a man living with his girlfriend and his two teenage kids who are both boys but the twist is that his ex (who is the mother of the boys) lives just across the street from them. She's always coming over and causing problems in their relationship and the guy doesn't say anything about it as he's been civil because of their kids but it is just an amazing story. My teacher wants us to phrase for 4 measures, but I just can't (no I don't breathe from my chest, I use my stomach). But my main struggle is high notes in the third octave, especially third octave E natural. Nothing works! Sometimes I squeak the note or it cracks, but I can't get them exactly right (any suggestions for exercises I can do?) Also, I'm gonna be in advanced band next year, and everything is really expensive, so I'm not sure whether to continue the flute and waste more money, or give up and save. Ok here is what I remember: A man in a restaurant is controlling some sort of tiny robot/tiny bug with his mind, and is trying to kill somebody else in the restaurant (he might've been an assassin). One thing in particular that I remember is that he had some sort of disease where he couldn't experience taste, so he ate really spicy curry to get some sort of stimulation (weird that I remember that ha). A different chapter, I don't remember the setup but a guy (might be same guy from restaurant, if he's not the same guy, prob in a group or something with him) is with 2 teens (I think, they might be older) and they recently obtained the ability to control the tiny robots (like the ones I mention earlier) and they were vommiting everywhere. the guy was recalling of when he first "saw 2 realities at once" and how nauseating is. They then had to fight there way out of that building because men in suits started coming after them (I think, at least something similar happens) That's all I remember...it has been almost 6 years after all. I am in love with anything that has to do with theatre, and I actually recently double-majored in it (I am a film/ theater major, upcoming sophomore). I am not bragging in any means (I actually lack confidence, quite a bit), but acting just seems to come natural to me, and all of the people that were in the show with me were shocked that this was my first show. I was told to not worry about not getting cast in future shows because I was very talented, but what if they are just saying that? Now, I had so much fun and such a good experience with this show that is now over, I can't wait to do the next. However, I'm terrified that was the last show I will ever be cast in. I am still very new to the performing/acting world so I fear that I pale in comparison to the talented people that will be my competition at school auditions (Temple university), and just for other shows in general. And that I am just delusional when I feel that I am talented. So I guess my question is, how do I deal with that anxiety? But now im thinking what if i just get this guitar repaired and maybe he'll help pay for the stuff since he's willing to buy me a new guitar. I have a flame maple top guitar in what I thought was trains blue or see thru blue but it was never that blue and it's always looked kinda black. I'm wondering if I got a special black model that never made it to production or if it really turned that color over time as its a very old guitar now. The back neck thru color is very light blue like it's supposed to look in front, pictures of the guitar show that some are very blue and some are just black looking. Could it be quality control??? Or is it time on those guitars as well making em all turn black?? Will this happen to any guitar? I think I remember a dark forest green guitar turning a very black green later. But I'm not sure
