Yusuf is a little boy battling kidney failure at Kamal Adwan Hospital in north Gaza. He needs to evacuate the Gaza Strip with his family in order to receive adequate treatment. Kamal Adwan has almost no electricity, putting Yusuf’s limited treatment in further jeopardy. He is suffering immensely, and remains in serious danger of attack by the occupation. as always, i detest e-begging but with my Job That Paid Well falling through, things have been getting tight - between my medical bills, my husband's medical bills, rent (INCREASED BY 50%!), and food, there's not really enough to keep things afloat more than paycheck to paycheck. my husband, as an immigrant, is not allowed to work yet, and won't be allowed for several months at the minimum.

slight problem! my husband's school just informed us that despite the account balance and payment history saying $0 (i.e all is paid off) on his school stuff, he actually owes about $1200 USD to the school. and classes start tomorrow.

i can pay this. This young family is trying to procure a tent and supplies to shelter them in Rafah. Right now they are sleeping on the street, with no privacy and no protection from the elements. This is a horrible way for anyone to live, much less an entire family. The amount they need is relatively low, and I think we can meet their goal quickly if we share widely.

This campaign is relatively new but I have it on very good authority that it is legitimate.

Hussam needs to evacuate 13 of his family members from Gaza, including his sister who gave birth in February and now has an infant to care for as well as a young daughter. He’s already lost more than 18 of his family members, and now his remaining family are spread out in refugee camps across southern Gaza.

Safaa is a photographer from Gaza, whose life was brought to a standstill by the war. She has two daughters and a husband, Muhammad Al-Thalathiini, who is a photojournalist. Ever since the start of the war, they have lost everything they own, and have been forced to stay on the run, evading the ruthless aggression by the Israeli military.

Safaa wants to get her family out of Gaza and make sure that her daughters have a normal childhood and a brighter future. She also wants to ensure that her mother, who is unfortunately ill, can receive proper treatment. In their current conditions, food is hard to come by, and clean water and sanitation is extremely scarce, which can make her mother's illness worse. Not to mention an extreme scarcity of medical resources after Israel has destroyed all health infrastructure in Gaza.
