//To anyone looking to this blog to see if I say anything about deleting my fatalframez blog - I will return after maybe a week or so and I'll be making that blog exclusive to only interacting with people I trust. The two faced, abusive bully behavior is sickening in that rpc and I only want to interact with a few select people within it anymore. That rpc nearly pushed me into ending my life and I just can't do it anymore in the way that I was. I need to protect myself. I'm not sure if I'll make it it's own whole blog or a sideblog yet. We'll see. Either way, it's going to be private/exclusive.

I'm sorry to anyone who worried about me.

Thomas can't help but to wonder whether or not she's the one who needs to teach her how babies are made. Unless she's.. joking. She has to be, right? "I do know how babies are made, yes." The way she's talking makes him feel as though she's serious, but why does she think that? "Maybe we should talk about something else?" Because he doesn't want to come off as mean in any way by questioning her intelligence on the matter. Better to just change the subject, right? Even if he's curious.

"Yeah, it really sucks." Luckily he hasn't had an allergic reaction like that in years. His attention is quickly brought to the subject brought up and at hand by her. Head is quirking slightly as brows furrow in confusion. "Wait - What?" He doesn't really understand what she's saying. Hell, he doesn't understand it at all. "I'm sorry - this is just extremely confusing for me."

Head quirks slightly in curiosity in the way she spells his name out on her hand. He doesn't understand it, but then again, he doesn't really understand most things regarding the world outside of the lab. Sure, he's learning, but there's still a lot he doesn't understand. Is that normal? He has no idea.

"No problem." He responds with a nod "And no, I don't live here, but I've just come into town, really." Meaning he'd be around for a bit. That's what he did, really. Wander from place to place, explore what he can until he decides to move on. "So I'll be around a while - though I'm afraid I don't know where we're going." So it's good that she's pretty much leading the way.

"Well, close, but not exactly. My name is spelled E-c-o." So no h as one would find in the word echo. "So similar, but not quite." He's never really thought of that before though. The fact his name is similar to the word echo. One would have thought it has, but nope.

"It's nice to meet you, Maia. Well, despite the circumstances, I mean." But unfortunately, human men had the tendency to be.. strange in the worst ways. At least this is something he's learned in his freedom. He's just glad he was around to be able to do something about it. "Sure, I'll go with you. No problem." Eco nods, reassuring her of it being no problem. It's not like he had anywhere to be, to be honest. "I've got nowhere to be and I don't blame you for not wanting to be left alone after that."

Thomas points out, answering her question next "I'm just allergic to some of the things they use in a lot of laundry soap. I have to use a specific kind or if I don't and my clothes get contaminated, I get itchy and hives like nobody's business." The idea makes him shudder. It's at least been years since his last encounter with allergies. "Luckily, I have a soap at home that doesn't irritate my skin." Has no idea what he'd do without it, really.

"But - you said scientists," Thomas brings up in realization, having missed it at first "You mean.. doctors? Right?"

I have to use a specific kind or if I don't and my clothes get contaminated, I get itchy and hives like nobody's business." The idea makes him shudder. It's at least been years since his last encounter with allergies. "Luckily, I have a soap at home that doesn't irritate my skin." Has no idea what he'd do without it, really.

"But - you said scientists," Thomas brings up in realization, having missed it at first "You mean.. doctors? Right?"

"I do," Thomas begins in reply, assuming the laundromat must be where she works based on her mentioning of it. "I'm lucky enough to have a washer and drier at home. That'd be why." Though they'd been bought second hand, it was still better than having to spend tons of money at the laundromat. Especially as his skin tended to hate certain laundry detergent. So many people used those things with so many different types of detergent, Thomas was sure to break out into hives if he used it. "I'm so thankful for it, to be honest. Allergies and things like that."

"A lot of lazing around and scrolling on my phone." Yeah, might sound lame, but it'd just been one of those days. One where just about everything feels just a bit too exhausting to do. Though he's not going to mention all of that. "Heck yeah. I'm down to see it." Didn't matter whether or not it was finished. Just the fact Angel was working on something like that was cool to him. Seeing progress compared to when the product was finished is always interesting.

Pomona chuckles a little at the mention of how loud they can be. Something that doesn't actually matter to him, but still good to know regardless. You know, instead of just worrying about whether or not he's being too loud and disturbing Angel's grandparents. "Oh yeah? You plan on showing me that thing any time soon?" Since it's been a bit of time since he's seen it. "Or you waiting for the final reveal?"

He pauses, stopping to thing about what he did that day. A whole lot of nothing. A lot of wallowing in bed, wrapped in a blanket cocoon until he finally managed to get up the courage to contact Angel. At least he contacted them this time; Always good at talking himself into thinking he's just bothering others when it comes to his feelings. His super personal feelings, that is. "I lied in bed all day, honestly." What's the point in lying? He might as well be honest. So, he is.

Why were people so awful and disgusting? It's why he tends to avoid them most of the time, often going about his life unless someone clearly needed help. Like just a moment ago when that strange man was bothering the girl he's speaking with now. Who seems.. okay. That much being verified by her words.

"I don't know, but he didn't seem like he had good intentions." Eco frowns, brows furrowing as he thinks about what might have happened if he hadn't shown up. Though he has no idea she's capable of defending herself. "Been seeing a lot of guys like that around here lately - bunch of jackasses." A soft sigh escapes him followed by a small shake of his head. "Yeah, of course." He's nodding, smiling at her appreciation. "I just - you know, when someone looks like they're in trouble.. I have a hard time not stepping in." He's been through too much himself to just ignore someone that needs help.

"I'm Eco, by the way."
