I really don't understand how Derry Girls only has 19 episodes, all but the last one being around 20 minutes and still feel like you have watched months worth of episodes. Derry Girls is literally in a different universe with how much you watch compared to how little there is. And I love it! We need more.

Gotta give a major shoutout to UCLA, the encampment here for Palestine has been going strong and every day we get emails from admin informing us of their perspective on it - largely that it’s peaceful, they want to protect a student’s right to protest, they have peace officers to prevent any conflict from happening between either side, and they see no need to get further involved. Today’s announcement even included reassurance that any use of helicopters in the area is from news and media to get coverage of the situation, not the university or anyone else. Given all the shenanigans happening throughout the country, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by what appears to be a calm and level-headed response in student communication.
